Application Value Of HSP70 In The Diagnosis Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: To study and compare the application value of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer,and to explore the relationship between serum HSP70 concentration level and hepatocellular carcinoma stage and liver function grade.Methods: A total of 86 patients who were diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2018 to April 2019 were collected as the PHC group,and 48 patients with liver cirrhosis who were hospitalized during the same period were used as the cirrhosis group.Forty healthy patients in our hospital were used as healthy control groups.Electrochemical luminescence and ELISA methods were used to detect the serum AFP and HSP70 levels,and ROC curves were analyzed to compare the diagnostic efficacy of HSP70 and AFP.One-way analysis of variance was used to explore the serum HSP70 concentration.Relationship between horizontal liver cancer staging and liver function grading.Results: Serum HSP70 levels in patients with primary liver cancer and cirrhosis were significantly higher than those in healthy groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis(P>0.05);The areas under the ROC curve of serum AFP and HSP70 are 0.922 and 0.903,respectively;the serum HSP70 of patients with advanced primary liver cancer is significantly higher than that of mid-and early-stage patients,the difference is statistically significant(both P<0.05);Child-Pugh C The average concentration of serum HSP70 in patients with grade A was significantly higher than that of patients with grade A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with AFP,HSP70 is more sensitive to the diagnosis of early liver cancer.The serum HSP70 concentration level is helpful for the staging of hepatocellular carcinoma and the classification of liver function.The progression of hepatocellular carcinoma to advanced stage,the worse the liver reserve function,the higher the level of HSP70.
