Study On TCM Syndromes And The TCM Syndrome Elements And Drug Use Rule Of Coronary Heart Disease

ObjectiveThis research starts with the modern literature of coronary heart disease,carries on the comprehensive collection and arrangement to the related literature,uses the modern statistical method to carry on the frequency statistics and constitutes the score type to the syndrome element,the medication situation in the literature,To reveal the distribution and combination of syndromes and drugs in coronary heart disease,and to provide a relatively objective basis for the judgment and treatment of TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease.MethodsThe full text database of Chinese academic journals,Wanfang and Weipu databaseswere usedtosearchthearticlesaboutTCMsyndromedifferentiation andtreatmentofcoronaryheart diseaseandanginapectorisinrecent10years(2008-2018).The frequency statistics and composition probability classification of the syndromes and the distribution of drugs were carried out,and the corresponding classification tables were established.Results1.The results of extraction of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in order of frequency are blood stasis,qi deficiency,phlegm turbidity,yin deficiency,heat accumulation,yang deficiency,qi stagnation,water drink,blood deficiency,cold coagulation,wind cold.Heart,kidney,spleen,liver,lung and gallbladder are the syndromes of disease.2.According to the number of syndromes,the combination of two factors is the most,followed by three factors,multiple factors,single factor,etc.According to the type of disease,the combination of deficiency and reality isthemost,followedbyrealcombination,virtual combination;Inthespecific combination,blood stasis Yin deficiency qi deficiency phlegm turbidityis themostcommon,followedbybloodstasisyin deficiency qideficiency,blood stasis phlegm turbidity,blood stasis qi deficiency phlegm turbidity;A total of 354 prescriptions were selected and 137 herbs were used for 1980 times.According to the classification and statistics of the drugs used in the treatment of coronary heart disease,the most frequently used drugs were those of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,followed by the drugs of tonifying qi,regulating qi and eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma.The frequency of four kinds of commonly used drugs were analyzed.Among them,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Glycyrrhiza and Allium macrostemon were most commonly used in the medicine of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and in the medicine of tonifying qi,Radix Glycyrrhiza and Radix Glycyrrhiza were the most commonly used.Eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma is most commonly used in Trichosanthes.Conclusionbloodstasis,qi deficiency,phlegm turbidity andyindeficiencyarethe most common syndromes in coronary heart disease.It objectively reflects the thinking of Chinese medicine prescription in the past ten years,that is,promoting blood circulation,replenishing qi,expelling phlegm,eliminating phlegm and stopping cough as the main treatment method,according to the law of regulating qi,warming yang,clearing heat and promoting water,etc.
