The Inheritance Research On The Drug Laws Of Menstruation Late Treated By Four Menghe Medical Schools

Objective:By using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system,we can research the drug laws of menstruation late from four families of Menghe Medical School.To compare it with Li Shuping,my mentor,in the treatment of late menstruation.To analyze their similarities and differences,explore their respective treatment concepts,and analyze the relationship between their use and development,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of late menstruation.Inheritance and innovation the medical thoughts of four families of Menghe Medical School.Methods:Collect the literature of four families of Menghe Medical School.Sort out the prescriptions for the treatment of late menstruation.Input all prescriptions in the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system.To use the association rules Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering and other unsupervised data mining methods,analyze the frequency of drug use in prescriptions and the association rules between drugs,the drug laws of menstruation late from four families of Menghe Medical School were obtained.Then,using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system,we analyzed Professor Li Shuping’s medication rule in the treatment of late menstruation,and summarized her academic thought and clinical experience.Results:1.The drug laws of menstruation late from four families of Menghe Medical School A total of 67 prescriptions for the treatment of late menstruation from four families of Menghe Medical School were screened,including 148 flavors of drugs.The top three medicines used frequently were Angelica sinensis,Citrus peel and Paeonia lactiflora;14 core combinations were"Paeonia lactiflora Aurantii Shenqu","Fried malt Xiangfu Cinnamon" and so on;7 new prescriptions were(1)Paeonia lactiflora Aurantii Shenqu Black bean Eucommia ulmoides;(2)Fried malt fragrance cinnamon sand shell,etc.2.The drug laws of menstruation late from of Li Shuping,my tutorA total of 100 prescriptions of Li Shuping for the treatment of late menstruation were screened,and 133 flavors of drugs were included.The top three medicines used frequently were Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos and Dipsacus;the core combinations were 20,including,Platycodon grandiflorum Glycyrrhiza Codonopsis pilosula" and "Deer hom frost Paeonia lactiflora Wulingzhi";10 new prescriptions were(1)Platycodon Glycyrrhiza Codonopsis pilosula Mulberry leaves;(2)Deer horn cream,Paeonia lactiflora,Wulingzhi,fried turtle shell,etc.Conclusion:1.Four families of Menghe Medical School have rich experience in the treatment of late menstrual.They attach great importance to regulating liver and spleen.They often choose mild,calm and sweet medicines.They often use tonic drugs in combination with Qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,calming the liver and tonifying sleen,nourishing blood,at the same time,promote blood circulation and regulate menstruation.2.Li Shuping,my tutor,often chooses the drugs of mild and sweet,belonging to the spleen and liver meridians in the treatment of late menstrual period,and uses the tonic drugs in combination with the drugs of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating blood circulation,calming the liver and tonifying sleen,and removing blood stasis and regulating menstruation.
