The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Femoral Head Necrosis By Sealing Negative Pressure

Objective By Harris scores,VAS score and imaging of sealing negative pressure to evaluate treatment of patients with early femoral head necrosis,observation of patients with hip function,pain degree and the stability of the femoral head imaging,analysis of the therapeutic effect of sealing negative pressure and treatment principle,discusses the sealing negative pressure clinical treatment effect for the treatment of early avascular necrosis.methods From November 2016 to December 2017,a total of 31 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head during the treatment of the joint surgery of a sanjia general hospital in Taian were selected and treated with sealing negative pressure suction.The patients were followed up for 1,3,6 and 12 months after the surgery,and the Harris score and VAS score were recorded,and the pain degree and hip function of the hip joint were evaluated.Patients with hip follow-up when X ray film,observe X-ray overall stability factor,the degree of collapse of the femoral head,femoral head cystic change of the variable area,compared with preoperative,assessment sealing suction aspiration treatment effect.The results of follow-up were analyzed by statistical method.Results Harris scores were 87.97% for 12 months after surgery.Femoral head X-ray after 12 months of the overall stability factor of 83.87% or more,and 12 months after 6 months femoral head X-ray overall stability factor and femoral head X-ray overall stability factor is not significant difference.The degree of collapse of the femoral head was not statistically significant(P< 0.05)in 6 months and 12 months after surgery.There were statistically significant differences between the time points of the femoral head cystic change area(P< 0.01).Conclusion 1.This study preliminarily indicates that the sealing negative pressure suction techni-que has good therapeutic effect on early femoral head necrosis,and is an effective method for the treatment of early femoral head necrosis.2.Show that the sealing negative pressure aspiration method in treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head can be improved efficiently in microcirculation and function of hip joint,reduce pain in patients with symptoms,and can delay already appeared necrotic femoral head joint surface subsidence.3.In the process of treatment and postoperative follow-up of hip joint function score,stability of the femoral head and cystic change indices such as area,is advantageous to the analysis of postoperative treatment effect and condition changes,to guide the further treatment and rehabilitation measures.
