Objective:To study on the differences in P2Y122 and PF4 gene expression during familial aggregation of cerebral thrombosis patients, and healthy people, and explore whether P2Y12and PF4 gene are susceptibility gene of familial aggregation of cerebral thrombosis. Methods:We has studied out that the expression of P2Y122 and PF4 in familial aggregation of cerebral infarction patients have significant differences with normal, the prese-nt clinical collection including 25 familial aggregation of cerebral infarction,15 spor-adic patients with cerebral infarction and 15 normal people.we need their medical records and the venous blood, then extract RNA from human blood,reverse-transcription into cDNA,then using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technol ogy, illuminate the relative expre-ssion of target gene P2Y122 and PF4 of different groups of sample. At last,by statistical analysis,we can conclude whether the difference of target gene expression has statistical significance.Result:1.Expression of P2Y122 gene in familial aggregation of cerebral thrombosis groups were significantly up-regulated than in sporadic cerebral thrombosis group and normal group, and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Expression of the PF4 gene in familial aggregation of cerebral thrombosis group and sporadic cerebral thrombosis group and normal group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.P2Y122 gene may be related with familial aggregation of cerebral thrombosis, the absence or low expression of this gene can increase the susceptibility of cerebral thrombosis.2.PF4 gene maybe not susceptible genes of familial aggregation of cerebral thromb-osis.
