Risperidone Combined Quetiapine Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Refractory Schizophrenia

ObjectiveTo observe risperidone combined quetiapine flat clinical curative effect for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.MethodChoose the diseases and related health problems of international classification of 10edition（ICD-10）in 35 patients with schizophrenia diagnosis standard.A total of 12 weeks of treatment,respectively,before treatment,treatment 4,12,8 weekend weekend over the weekend to carry on the brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）to evaluate the treatment effect;The drug side effect scale（TESS）to evaluate the adverse reaction;Using SPSS20.0statistical software processing data,measurement data use mean±standard deviation（（?）±s）,measurement data before and after treatment mean using single factor analysis of variance（F test）,if the variance is not neat,using approximate F inspection:Welch method.Mean multiple comparison between groups by Student-Newman-Keuls method.ResultSignificantly reduced,lack of energy factor,thinking disorder factor and active factor,hostile suspicion factor score significantly lower after treatment,anxiety depression factor score before and after treatment no obvious change.According to the ratio of points^[1][2]to evaluate the clinical curative effect,the effective rate was 8%,significantly clinical effective rate was 57%,no efficiency by 34%,total effective rate was 65%.Treatment of 4,8,12 weekends at the weekend weekend TESS scores had no significant difference.ConclusionRefractory schizophrenia patients in the study on the application of risperidone and quetiapine flat after combined treatment,psychotic symptom basically under control.But didn’t see significant improvement in aspect of anxiety and depression.It is recommended for further research.During the treatment,there is no serious adverse reaction occurred.All of the patient can tolerate the treatment.
