In the modern society,with the aging of the population,the number of stroke caused by irregular life and other factors,as well as the number of motor dysfunction caused by various traffic accidents are increasing,as a result the number of rehabilitation doctors has been far from meeting the needs of patients,and the traditional rehabilitation recovery treatment process has a high demand for the physical strength and endurance of rehabilitation doctors.Under the premise that equipment can provide safe and effective protection for patients,rehabilitation training is carried out to recover the movement function of each limb organ,so that intelligent rehabilitation training system becomes an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper designs the training equipment that can train the human body in multiple parts,and doctors can also carry out rehabilitation training for the parts of patients who need rehabilitation according to their own state,which is based on a rehabilitation sequence training method in line with the rehabilitation clinical training.First of all,according to the circuit training,theoretical knowledge of rehabilitation medicine and ergonomics,designs some mechanisms of rehabilitation training equipment,which makes the rehabilitation training equipment more safe,comfortable and easy to operate.Secondly,according to the requirements of sequential training method and the characteristics of human lower limb movement,the rigid body model of human and machine in two kinds of motion states are simplified,and the dynamic analysis of human and machine model is carried out,and the kinematic mathematical model of lower limb in training is established.The rigid body model of human-machine is simulated by ADAMS.And ANSYS software is used to carry on the static analysis to the important part.According to the stress condition of the component,it can meet the safety requirements.In the aspect of control,MCU is the core of control.According to the design requirements,the driving circuit and sensor control circuit of each part are designed,and the circuit is simulated.This design realizes the application of the rehabilitation sequence training method.The rehabilitation training equipment is simple in structure,low in production cost,good in man-machine integration,and comprehensive in safety protection measures.It can carry out a whole set of rehabilitation training sequence method,and can also carry out targeted rehabilitation according to the patient’s diseased position.It can greatly reduce the work intensity of rehabilitation doctors and the demand of patients for rehabilitation doctors.At present,some research results have been achieved in the design and development,and the safety and reliability of the rehabilitation training equipment have been preliminarily verified by the engineering prototype,but it needs further discussion and research.Finally,the rehabilitation training equipment will be applied and clinical.
