The baby incubator is an important rescue device used in the NICU of the hospital.It consists of a transparent observation cabin,a temperature and humidity sensor,a small warmer host,etc.Its function is to provide a mother-like environment for premature infants,sick babies and stunted infants.As a vital equipment for life support,baby incubators are widely used in medical facilities such as NICU,emergency departments,obstetrics and rescue transport vehicles.In recent years,various medical accidents have occurred frequently due to the fact that the quality of the incubator has not been discovered in time.Incorporating the quality control of the incubator into the informatization category and failing to achieve the quality assessment of the incubator is a major cause of the continued increase in the adverse event of the incubator.Based on modern science and technology,research and development of the incubator quality control platform to achieve the incubator quality assessment and quality control informatization has important clinical and social significance.This topic explores the realization of the quality control informatization of the whole process of the baby incubator.Combined with hospital information construction,the baby incubator of the NICU of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital was taken as the research object,and the quality control strategy of baby incubator is explored to design and develop the quality control platform for baby incubator.The main work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,based on the research of the quality control process of the incubator,the functional requirements and performance requirements of the developlent of the incubator quality control platform are analyzed,the overall design goal of the platform is established and the overall architecture design of the platform is givel,on the basis of describing the specific functions of each module,the platform workflow is described in more details.Secondly,the problem of quality detection and quality assessment of the incubator is studied.Through the investigation,the factors of the quality evaluation of the incubator are determined,and the quality evaluation model is established by using the entropy weight method,and the collected data of the standard quality control detection is statistically analyzed through the evaluation model to realize the quality evaluation of the incubator.Then,the detailed design and implementation of the incubator quality control platform are given.Using C#as the development language,the platform database is designed based on Microsoft SQL Server2014 under Windows system,and the detailed design of login module,engineer module,repair module,maintenance module,quality control module and quality evaluation module is realized by using.NET technology.The main program is implemented.Finally.the platform debugging and example display are showed.The main functions of the design and development of the incubator quality control platform are tested,and some operational examples of the core functional modules are given after testing,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform.
