Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies in the digestive system.Surgery is currently considered the only root treatment.With the improvement of surgical techniques and the implementation of traditional radiotherapy,chemotherapy and neoadjuvant therapy,the survival rate of early gastric cancer patients is greatly improved when they are found and treated in time.However,the current low rate of early clinical diagnosis means that most patients have a very serious condition of gastric cancer at the time of diagnosis,so they miss the best operation window period.Therefore,the combination of neoadjuvant radiotherapy,molecular targeted therapy and immunotherapy is the main treatment for the discovery of advanced gastric cancer.According to the actual condition of patients,select the appropriate drugs and make a reasonable treatment plan.In order to benefit the patients with gastric cancer,reduce the pain and death,only continuous clinical practice and clinical research can make up for the existing deficiencies.For the early monitoring of gastric cancer and post-operative detection,it is better and timelier to find the disease,and strive for the best time for the patient’s later treatment,and gastric cancer itself is not the biggest threat to patients,but once the test is not timely,gastric cancer occurs.Peritoneal metastasis will spread throughout the body,causing unexpected pain to the patient and endangering the patient’s life.At present,the detection method for gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis is sparsely visible,and the detection rate is not high.A timely detection and monitoring cannot be obtained for the late recurrence rate.This study mainly uses immunological methods to perform immunocytochemical detection of tumor markers specific to gastric cancer cells.At the same time,traditional detection methods such as Pap staining,HE staining and the commonly used fully automated electrochemiluminescence immunohistochemical analyzer are used for comparison.The results showed that the immunocytochemistry method was the best in the detection of peritoneal lavage fluid in 134 patients;the detection rate was 71.6%.The detection rate performed by the fully automated electrochemiluminescence immunohistochemical analyzer was 52.2%-57.5% based on different markers.The cytological detection efficiency of Pap staining and HE staining is relatively low,both below 20%.Conclusion: The detection rate of each method is different due to the different conditions,disease duration and lesions of each patient.However,this experiment can be found that the overall detection rate of immunocytochemistry method is the highest and the effect is the best.Compare the above methods,we will find the best way to provide fast and accurate detection method for early diagnosis of gastric cancer and postoperative recurrence and peritoneal metastasis,and find out the condition for gastric cancer patients in time,and seek more time for timely diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,it also reduces the pain of stomach cancer patients.
