A Study On The Present Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Two-way Referral Of Loose Medical Association

At present,"medical association" and "two-way referral" have attracted wide attention in the society.Many scholars have conducted research on medical associations and two-way referrals.The research content mainly covers the construction mode of medical associations and The status quo of development,the status quo of two-way referral implementation and the discussion of operational mechanisms,but have not yet formed systematic and comprehensive theoretical research results.Among them,there are no special articles and research results on the status quo,problems and countermeasures of the two-way referral of loose medical associations,which can be said to be in a blank stage.The loose medical association is the most existing medical association model in China,and it is of great practical significance to study its two-way referral.This study selected the loose medical association of the Second Affiliated Hospital of soochow university as a case study object,and analyzed the problems of two-way referral of loose medical associations in China:the lack of government-related incentive policies;the construction of medical associations is not perfect,and there is no effective communication mechanism.The awareness rate of medical staff and residents is low;the construction of information technology is not perfect.On the basis of case analysis,this study deeply explores the problems found in the two-way referral process in the loose medical association,starting from the current status of the two-way referral of the loose medical association,combined with the loose medical association in China.Lessons learned from the two-way referral reform process,so as to propose targeted countermeasures:strengthen government policy support and play a guiding role;further strengthen the construction of medical associations,improve internal communication mechanisms;expand the scope of publicity,improve social awareness;Informatization construction,build an information network platform.
