Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and pathogenic syndrome elements in patients with primary insomnia.Methods:A total of 100 first-time trials of eligible PI patients were included,referring to the diagnostic criteria for non-sleeping diseases in Chinese Medicine(Zhang Boli,People’s Health Press 2012),Diagnosis and Statistical Manual,4th Edition,DSM-Ⅳ and Diagnostic criteria for insomnia in China’s Classification and Diagnostic Standards for Mental Disorders(CCMD-3)in China,PSQI score more than 7 points,through Medcase Ver3.8 stor ehouse and medical record national physician MaiAn datar ecording system for real-time entry of clinical data,while 100 first-time PI cases are graded on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,converting 7 entry scores into text formats,importing the Microsoft Excele 2010 table,and integrating the information to establish the "Director Wang Jingqing’s Medical cases&PSQI" database.The correlation analysis of the entries of the sleep quality scale of the database is carried out with the insomnia pathogenic syndrome elements.Results:Of the 100 first-time PI patients in this study:1.The correlation analysis between major clinical syndrome and the pathogenic syndrome elements of insomnia:sleep difficulty is the most basic and important symptoms of insomnia all kinds of forensics,of which the most related to the difficulty of sleeping is liver wind,liver fire,hot and humid;The pathogenic syndrome elements most associated with easy wake-up and sleep-less were wind-phlegm,while the pathogenic syndrome elements most associated with nightmares,early wake-up,sleeplessness after waking and sleepless nights were phlegm-heat.2.The correlation analysis between The entries of the sleep quality scale and pathogenic syndrome elements:① Sleeping quality:the worst self-perception quality is most correlated with the pathogenic syndrome elements of sputum fever;Self-feeling sleeping quality is better and the disease-proof liver depression and spleen false correlation is the highest.② Fall-asleep time:Falling time greater than 60 minutes or at least 3 times a week to sleep difficulty and the most correlation with the phlegm-heat;Falling asleep for less than 15 minutes(without symptoms of difficulty falling asleep)was most associated with the deficiency of yin-fluid.③ Sleeping time:kidney-yin deficiency of PI patients sleep less than 5h;the PI patients with Wind Fire and deficiency of yin-fluid sleep at 5-6h;the PI patient with of sleeping time<=6h have the highest correlation with the pathogenic syndrome elements of phlegm-heat;The PI patients with Qi-stagnancy have the highest correlation with sleeping time between 6h and 7h.④Sleeping efficiency:The PI patient with of sleeping efficiency below 65%have the highest correlation with the pathogenic syndrome elements of phlegm-heat;sleeping efficiency between 65%and 74%of PI patients have correction with Wind Fire and deficiency of yin-fluid;the PI patients with Qi-stagnancy have the highest correlation with sleeping efficiency at 75%-84%.⑤ Daytime dysfunction:The most associated with the appearance of drowsiness(>=3 times/week)and often feeling symptoms of lack of energy are associated with insufficiency of heart and spleen;The pathogenic syndrome elements most associated with symptoms of sleeplessness and lack of energy is phlegm-heat;Nearly two-thirds of PI patients with imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin reported sometimes feeling low on energy or feeling tired 1-2 times a week.Conclusion:There is an association between insomnia primary symptom and pathogenic syndrome elements;There is an association between the score of PSQI entries and insomnia pathogenesis syndrome elements. |
