Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of astragalus leeches recipe in the treatment of patients who are not resistant to aspirin treatment after PCI in coronary artery disease. Methods:A total of 30 patients treated with aspirin intolerance were selected as the treatment group and 30 as the control group. The control group was given simple conventional western medicine treatment.Treatment group on the basis of western medicine treatment(except aspirin),add huangqi and leech granules(1dose/day).Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Platelet count, prothrombin time and gastrointestinal side effects were observed before and after treatment. The changes of TCM syndrome efficacy, cardiac function classification, blood lipid(TG,TC,LDL-C)and hs-CRP were compared.Results:1.Comparison of prothrombin reduction time between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.352 > 0.05)showed no statistically significant difference. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P=0.651 > 0.05).2.Comparison of digestive tract symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment,P > 0.05;all other symptoms P < 0.05 in the treatment group, indicating a significant difference. In the control group,P > 0.05,with no significant difference.3.Comparison of cardiac function: there was no significant difference in the improvement of cardiac function between the two groups(P=0.311>0.05).4.Comparison of serum lipid(TG,TC,LDL-C)and hs-CRP levels: there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in lowering TC level(P=0.029<0.05)and lowering ldl-c level(P=0.016<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the reduction of TG level(P=0.076 > 0.05)and the reduction of hs-crp level(P=0.533>0.05).5.Safety index evaluation: two groups of cases in the treatment process, the routine blood(WBC,RBC,HGB,NEUT %)+ occult blood test, urine routine, stool routine, liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(UREA,SCr),electrolytes, electrocardiogram, the comparison of myocardial enzyme spectrum(P>0.05),there was no significant difference, the clinical trial drug is safe and reliable. Conclusion: Compared with aspirin, granules of huangqi and leech has less impact on adverse reactions in patients after PCI,and can improve the quality of life of patients and replace the intolerant aspirin treatment after PCI with good clinical safety. Therefore,it can be widely used in clinical practice and to a certain extent can replace aspirin.
