Based On Data Mining Study The Literatures On The Treatment Of Rheumatism With Yi Nationality Medicine And The Experience Of Yu Huixiang Treated Rheumatism

Objective:1.Using TCMISS to establish database,based on data mining summarize yi nationality medicine Literature on the treatment of rheumatism,provideing a theoretical basis for the clinical application of yi nationality medicine in the treatment of rheumatism.2.Based on the TCMISS discuss the medication law of Professor Yu Huixiang in the treatment of rheumatism andsummarized his academic thoughts and clinical erperience.Methods:1.A joint search was conducted on topics such as "yi medical","yi medicine","arthritis" and "rheumatism",Search related literatures from the China knowledge network,wanfang data,weipu data and other databases,using TCMISS to summarize the literature and periodicals on the treatment of rheumatism of yi nationality medical in China from2010 to 2019.2.The rheumatic patients who visited the clinic of Yu Huixiang,Yunnan yizu hospital from2018-2019 were included in the study.Based on the TCMISS(V2.5),the functions of “data entry”,”medical records statistic”,”medical records management”,”medical records analyse”and so on,completing the data analysis.Results:1.According to inclusion criteria,there are 71 prescriptions that accords with a standard,Contains 138 traditional Chinese medicines,Among them,the Traditional Chinese medicines with frequency ranking the top 10 are the Garden Balsam Stem,Garden Balsam Stem,Common clubmoss herb,papaya,Herba Chloranthi Serrati,Parasitic Loranthus and so on.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,analysis of the 22 core combinations,and get 11 new prescriptions.2.Through the analysis of 136 datas that meet the inclusion criteria of Yu huixiang treats rheumatisms,He divides rheumatism into three classes:cold-damp obstruction syndrome,damp-heat accumulation syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Special yi medicine:Asiatic Toddalia Root,Papaya,Wuqichaoyang,zaocys dhumnade and so on.Common Chinese medicines are Angelica sinensis,asarum,cassia twig,red flowers,paniculate swallowwort root and so on,and analysis yielded 11 new prescriptions.Conclusions: 1.By summarizing medical literature of yi nationality,The principles of treating rheumatism with yi nationality medicine is Invigorate the circulation of the pain,removing dampness and adjunctive tonic liver kidney.Common Chinese medicines are:Garden Balsam Stem,Garden Balsam Stem,Common clubmoss herb,papaya,Herba Chloranthi Serrati,Parasitic Loranthus and so on,and adjust the drug depending on the patient’s conditions.2.Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform statistics and analysis,Yu huixiang treatment of rheumatism is mainly divided into three categories:cold-damp obstruction syndrome,damp-heat accumulation syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Use more Traditional Chinese medicines of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,Nourished hepatorenal,Invigorate the circulation of blood,and adjust the drug depending on the patient’s conditions.
