Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling(FSN)combined with Reperfusion Activity(RA)in patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke on Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),ugl-meyer upper limb motor function score, improved Barthel score, and compared with conventional the treatment of medium frequency therapy.Methods:58 patients with heel pain who met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All the patients were given conventional rehabilitation treatment, which were performed 1-2 times a day,45 minutes each time,5 times a week for 2 consecutive weeks. Those in the treatment group were treated FSN combined with RA,which was given once every other day,3 times a week,6 times in total make up of 1 course of treatment. Those in the control group was treated with Medium Frequency Therapy, which was given 2 times a day,2 weeks in total make up of 1 course of treatment.VAS,ugl-meyer upper limb motor function score, improved Barthel score were taken before and after treatment in all patients the two groups of.Adverse events were observed and recorded during treatment and overall efficacy was evaluated after treatment.SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used to analysis the results, the measurement data were expressed by mean ±standard deviation(x ± s),the intra-group comparison was performed by paired t test or U test, and the results of this study P<0.05 were statistically significant.Result:(1)VAS score comparison:The VAS scores of the both groups obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.05)and the VAS scores of treatment significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of fugl-meyer’s score of upper limb motor function:after treatment,fugl-meyer’s score of upper limb motor function in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in fugl-meyer upper limb motor function score between the two groups after treatment(P>,0.05).(3)Comparison of improved Barthel score:after treatment, the improved Barthel score of patients in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improved Barthel score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Overall efficacy evaluation:the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,which was superior to that of the control group(72.41%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:FSN combined with RA can obviously improve the pain symptoms, activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke, which is superior to the external use of conventional Medium Frequency Therapy, and has stable effect and no obvious side effects,so it is worth being popularized in clinic.
