Objective: cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies in the world, and it is also a gynecological tumor with high mortality. The main cause of cervical cancer is long-term infection of high-risk HPV,and the pathogenesis is the result of a long interaction of multiple factors. At present, prevention of HPV infection is mainly vaccination of HPV vaccine, but its cost is high, and for such a large country with a vast territory of population, there are many restrictions on its promotion, such as economic level, education level, etc.,so more convenient,low-cost and effective prevention measures are needed. In this paper, from the uterine cervix vaginal micro environment in how long-term HPV infection plays a role, whether to have the perspective of relevance, hope that through the statistical analysis can learn by controlling the vaginal microenvironment, thus to explore a more simple, easy to operate,low-cost effective control of HPV and its subtypes of infection or long-term infection, and effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer. Methods:From 2017 to 2018,a total of 1092 cases were randomly collected and analyzed from the physical examination results of those who went to the gynecological clinic of Dalian Municipal Women and Children Medical Center to check both cervical HPV and vaginal microecology at the same time,or who had self-conscious symptoms.HPV and its subtypes are detected by gene chip method; The vaginal microenvironment was detected by stasi kit and instrument and gran staining.Results:(1)A total of 1092 cases of cervical HPV and vaginal microecological tests were collected from the outpatient department of Dalian Municipal Women and Children’s Medical Center.Among them,156 cases of cervical HPV-positive specimens and 936 cases of HPV-negative specimens were collected, and the HPV positive rate was 14%.(2)Among them,143 cases were high risk type and 13 cases were low risk type, among which 51 cases were classified.(3)The analysis of the relationship between cervical HPV infection and age showed that the positive rate of HPV was higher in 20~30 years old and 31~40 years old, followed by 41~50 years old and 51~60 years old. However, there was no correlation between the two chi-square tests(X =1.72,2P=0.886,P>0.05).According to the analysis of different types of cervical HPV infection(high-risk type,low-risk type)and age,the infection rate of high-risk HPV is higher in 20~30 years old and 31~40 years old, followed by 41~50 years old and 51~60 years old, followed by the positive rate of HPV in 20~30 years old and 31~40 years old, followed by 41~50 years old and 51~60 years old.Chi-square test also showed no correlation(X =3.100,P=0.541,P>0.05).(4)The analysis of the relationship between cervical HPV 2infection and various evaluation indexes of vaginal microenvironment showed that the abnormal conditions of H O,cleanliness, clue cells, trichomoniasis and PH value in 2 2the vaginal microenvironment of HPV positive patients were more serious than those who were HPV negative.Chi-square test results showed that :a)there was no correlation between cervical HPV infection and vaginal microenvironment balance(X =0.499,2P=0.48,P>0.05).There was also no correlation between different types of HPV(high risk and low risk)and the balance of the vaginal microenvironment(X =0.294 P=0.558,2P>0.05).b)cervical HPV infection and several major factors affecting the balance of the vaginal microenvironment:H O(X =13.404,P=0,P<0.05),cleanliness(X =9.872,2 22 2P=0.02,P<0.05),leukocyte(X =14.049,P=0.003,P<0.05),clue cells(X =12.852,P=0,2 2P<0.05),trichomoniasis(X =18.05,P=0.003,P<0.05),PH value(X =8.263,P=0.016,2 2P<0.05),and fungi(X =0.454,P=0.5,P>0.05)no correlation. At the same time, none of 2 these factors were associated with high/low risk types of HPV infection.c)different types of HPV(high risk and low risk)and H O(X =2.031,P=0.154,P>0.05),2 2 2cleanliness(X =0.617,P=0.432,P>0.05),leukocyte(X =0.414,P=0.521,P>0.05),clue 2 2cells(X =0.063,P=0.801,P>0.05),fungus(X =0.060,P=0.806,P>0.05),trichomonas 2 2(X =0.278,P=0.598,P>0.05),PH(X =0.065,P=0.779,P>0.05)had no correlation.2 2Conclusion: the relationship between cervical HPV infection and vaginal microenvironment H O,vaginal cleanliness, white blood cells, clue cells, and vaginal 2 2PH value has been preliminarily determined, while the relationship between different types of cervical HPV infection(high-risk type and low-risk type)and vaginal microenvironment is still uncertain. There is a certain relationship between the infection of cervical HPV and age,the positive rate of infection is mainly from 20 years old to 40 years old,but there is no obvious correlation between the two.Cervical HPV infection or long-term infection can be effectively controlled by controlling the vaginal microenvironment,so as to control cervical HPV infection.Meanwhile,HPV infection of different subtypes(high-risk type and low-risk type)can also be controlled,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer.
