Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Yang Deficiency Syndrome By Fuzi Lizhong Decoction

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(yang deficiency syndrome).Methods: A total of 70 patients treated with non-renal replacement therapy were included who diagnosed with yang deficiency diabetic nephropathy with stage G3-G4 in our hospital from January to August 2019.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine hypoglycemic(insulin),antihypertensive and lipid-lowering treatment plus oral irbesartan tablets.The experimental group was combined with aconite Lizhong decoction on the basis of the control group.Changes in urinary albumin(UACR),renal function(GFR/Scr),serum cystatin C(Cys C),glycated hemoglobin Hb Alc index,TCM syndrome scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: During the course of the study,two subjects in the control group discontinued treatment without cooperation,two patients in the test group requested to suspend the study.Before treatment,the baseline of the two groups was well balanced,and there was no statistical difference in general data(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was better than the control group(78.8% vs 54.5%,P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group decreased significantly(P=0.037).After 12 weeks of treatment,the renal function of the test group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),but this difference was not observed in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,both UACR(P=0.025)and Cys C(P=0.048)in the experimental group were significantly decreased,and GFR(P=0.042)was significantly increased.There was no significant difference in Hb Alc between the two groups before treatment(P=0.751).Compared with the control group,there was no significant change in Hb Alc(P=0.120)in the experimental group.After 12 weeks of treatment,no obvious adverse events such as aconite poisoning were observed in the control group and the test group.Blood routine,liver function,electrolytes,and electrocardiogram were within the normal range.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on diabetic nephropathy Yang deficiency syndrome is better than conventional Western medicine treatment,and it is safe.
