Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Essence Deficiency Type Idiopathic Tinnitus By Acupuncture Method Of TiaoXinAnShenBuShen

Objective:TO observe the clinical effect of acupuncture method of TiaoXinAnShenBuShen on kidney essence deficiency idiopathic tinnitus,and provide a basis for the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus.Methods:In this study,60 patients with idiopathic tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases(treated by acupuncture of TiaoXinAnShen)and control group of 30 cases(treated by routine acupuncture),the two groups were all treated within two courses.Among them,4 cases in the treatment group dropped out,3 cases in the control group dropped out,so there are 26 cases in the treatment group and 27 cases in the control group.Tinnitus severity grade distribution and score and tinnitus handicap inventory was given to the two groups before and after two courses,then used statistic software to examine and analyze.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups at last.Results:1.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in age,sex,course of disease and position of affected ear.2.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in tinnitus severity grade distribution and score before treatment(p>0.05),suggesting comparability.After treatment,the scores of both groups were improved,but the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05),the difference between the groups is statistically significant.3.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in severity,emotionality,functionality and total score before treatment(p>0.05),suggesting comparability.After treatment,the severity,emotionality,functionality and total score of both groups were improved,but the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05),the difference between the groups is statistically significant.4.After the treatment of the two groups,in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,13 cases were excellent,4 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate is 76.92%;in the control group,2 cases were cured,4 cases were excellent,13 cases were efffective,and 8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate is 70.37%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was better(p<0.05),the difference between the groups is statistically significant.Conclusion:The acupuncture of TiaoXinAnShen and the routine acupuncture can both improve the symptom of patients with kidney essence deficiency type idiopathic tinnitus,but the acupuncture of TiaoXinAnShen was better than the routine acupuncture.
