BackgroundLung cancer is a high incidence of malignant tumors in China.Due to the limitation of economic and medical conditions, most patients with lung cancer have been diagnosed with locally advanced or metastatic malignant pleural effusion, which cannot be treated surgically.Malignant pleural effusion, mostly malignant cells found in pleural effusion. At present, the methods of treating malignant pleural effusion are mainly recommended, such as closed thoracic drainage, pleural fixation, and thermally perfused chemical drugs.Thoracic thermoperfusion chemotherapy can act locally to alleviate the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs, and has become a commonly used clinical treatment method.ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and risk of nedaplatin and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in lung cancer MethodsPatients with lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion in thoracic surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to strict drainage standards,58 patients with malignant pleural effusion were finally included.NR group(29 cases)and FR group(29 cases)were divided by random number table.NR group received 4000 ml nedaplatin(40mg/?)perfusion solution at 45 ?for 60 min.In the FR group,4000 ml of cisplatin(40mg/?)was perfused, and the temperature was set at 45 ?for 60 min. After the treatment,a follow-up was conducted every 4 weeks. The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy, adverse reactions, and platelet count,albumin/globulin ratio, white blood cell count, hemoglobin,AST,ALT before and after nedaplatin and cisplatin in pleural heat perfusion chemotherapy.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect, survival rate,KPS score, myelopathy, liver and kidney damage, platelet count,albumin/globulin ratio, leukocyte count, hemoglobin,AST,ALT between the NR group and the FR group(P>0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in NR group was lower than that in FR group, with a significant difference(P< 0.05).ConciusionThe therapeutic effect of nedaplatin was similar to that of cisplatin, but the safety of nedaplatin was better.
