Objective: Through the standardized management of hypertensive in community,To explore the significance of the management method for hypertension patients to control blood pressure, improve quality of life and keep good mental state. Methods: In A community in Wuhu city,110 cases of hyperpietic were selected by systematic sampling, they were divided into two groups at random。There are 55 cases in group A which were standardized managed,While Group B consisted of 55 cases in the unmanaged group,1 case died during follow-up and lost to follow-up(Lost to follow-up rate 0.9%),and 54 patients completed follow-up.Management and follow-up were conducted for one year.Record the following information of all patients: name, sex, age.Blood pressure, body mass index(BMI),salt intake, medication compliance(mmas-8)score,life activity ability(ADL)and depression score(SDS)were measured at 0 months,6 months and 12 months respectively.Patients in group A were required to receive hypertension health education every tow weeks, volunteer to hypertension activities in the community, and set up A self-management group with the help of general practitioners. Finally,The data of the two groups of patients were sorted out and finally entered into the Excel.Results:(1)Salt intake had a positive correlation with blood pressure(SBP,DBP)(P < 0.01,P=0.002),SDS was correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure positively(P = 0.012,0.003),and mmas-8 score was negatively correlated with blood pressure(SBP,DBP)(P < 0.01,P = 0.014).(2)Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group A were not improved at 6 months compared with group B(P= 0.068,0.415),and were improved at 12 months compared with group B(P < 0.01,P= 0.007).(3)Body mass index(BMI)in group A showed no improvement compared with group B at 6 months(P = 0.354)and improved compared with group B at 12months(P = 0.036).(4)The actual daily intake of salt in group A at 6 months and 12 months was no better than that in group B(P = 0.800,0.164).(5)The ADL score of group A showed no improvement compared with group B at 6 months and 12 months(P = 0.295,0.300).(6)The SDS score, depression status score,of group A improved compared with group B at 6 and 12 months(P = 0.005,P < 0.01).(7)Compliance(mmas-8 score)in group A improved at 6 and 12 months compared with group B(P =0.032,P < 0.01).(8)The self-management group participation rate(60%,83.6%)at 6and 12 months in group A was ameliorated compared with group B significantly(13.0%,18.5%)(both P < 0.01).Conclusion: This study found that actual daily intake of salt, depression and compliance were associated with SBP and DBP.And long-term standardized community hypertension management can depress the blood pressure,BMI,and improve patients’ depression and medication adherence effectively.
