Clinical Study Of Jianpi Yangwei Formula On Intervening Cancer-related Fatigue Of Advanced Gastric Cancer Based On The Mechanism Of Immune Regulation

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Jianpi Yangwei formula combined with chemotherapy on the immune function in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue,and to clarify the effect of Jianpi Yangwei formula on fatigue symptoms,TCM symptoms and quality of life,so as to provide the basis for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue by TCM.Methods:A total of 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue were collected and randomly divided into two groups by R language program,30 cases in each group.The treatment group took Jianpi Yangwei Decoction plus chemotherapy,while the control group used chemotherapy only.Before and after treatment observe and record the fatigue scale score,immune function(T cell subsets),tumor markers,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,KPS score,plus blood routine test,liver and kidney function.The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Outcomes:① Fatigue scale score:after two cycles of treatment,the scores of total fatigue,cognition and body in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with a statistically difference(P<0.05);②immune function:the number of CD3 and CD4 cells decreased in both groups,while the treatment group was higher than the control group,which has a statistically difference(P<0.05);③TCM syndrome score:the treatment group has an advantage on improving the total effective rate and different degree of remission rate,especially has a good effect in alleviating pantothenic acid and fatigue syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④quality of life score:after treatment,the test group lowered the fatigue function score and could significantly improve the quality of life score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);⑤physical condition score:compared with the control group,the scores of KPS in the experimental group was raised better than that before treatment,the improvement degree was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yangwei formula combined with chemotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer,reduce fatigue symptoms,alleviate spleen deficiency,improve the quality of life,improve physical condition,and have no obvious adverse reactions.It can benefit patients of advanced gastric cancer suffered from CRF.It is one of the options for treating CRF patients.
