Clinical Observation Of Electroacupuncture In The Treatment Of On Acute Cerebral Infarction And Its Regulating Effect On Histone H4K16 Acetylation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its effect on the expression level of histone H4K16ac in serum before and after treatment,and to study the possible mechanism of the effect of electroacupuncture,so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application and promotion of electroacupuncture in ACI.Method:A total of 60 patients who met the ACI inclusion criteria in the encephalopathy center of affiliated hospital of nanjing university of Chinese medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.The control group was only treated with basic medicine,while the electroacupuncture group was treated with basic medicine plus electroacupuncture Selected for the head of the hundred will,yintang;Upper limbs of shoulder Yu,li 11,closed,or valley;Lower limb of the wind city,zusanli,fenglong,three Yin intersection,tai chong.After acupuncture,three groups of electric needles were inserted into baihui and yitang,quchi and waiguan,zusanli and sanyin,once a day,each time for 30 minutes.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Observe two groups before treatment,treatment of stroke patients with 14 days after diagnosis and curative effect evaluation scale,the U.S.national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,motor function assessment scale(MAS)in patients with stroke,simplified version of the "Chinese aphasia battery profile(ABC),modified Barthel index(MBI),modified Rankin scale(mRS)score change,and to detect H4K16ac expression changes in serum.Data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison between two groupsThe total effective rate(88.89%)of the electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the control group(65.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of scores of all scalesAfter treatment,the post-stroke diagnosis and efficacy assessment scale,NIHSS and mRS scores of patients in the electroacupuncture group and the control group were all lower than those before treatment,and the scores of all scales in the electroacupuncture group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of MAS,ABC and MBI were all higher than those before treatment,and the scores of all scales in the electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.Expression of histone H4K16ac in serum before and after treatmentThe expression level of histone H4K16ac in the serum of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the comparison between the groups showed that the electroacupuncture group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Control group and the curative group,all of these two kinds of treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ACI,but,by contrast,in the internal medicine with cupping therapy on the basis of routine therapy for patients with nerve function defect symptoms,motor dysfunction,speech function and the recovery of ability of daily life has more obvious effect,and it could patients with increased electric acupuncture serum histone H4K16ac expression level.
