| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects,safety and adverse reactions of Qingpi Chushi Decoction orally combined with eczema ointment and western medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema.It is planned to find a more effective treatment plan for eczema through this study,which will play a certain reference role for future clinical treatment.Research methods : A total of 58 eczema patients who met the requirements of the study were selected.patients who attended the dermatology clinic and inpatient department of Huayuanshan District of Hubei provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between March 2018 and September 2019 were selected,and all patients In line with the diagnostic criteria for eczema disease,through syndrome differentiation and treatment,and four consultations,the syndrome differentiation type of TCM belongs to the syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness.According to the principle of statistical random distribution,58 patients meeting the research requirements were randomly divided into two groups: 29 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.After statistical tests,there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in gender(male and female),age(years),duration(months),skin area(cm2),and severity index(EASI score).(p> 0.05),the two groups were comparable.The treatment group was given Qingpi Chushi Decoction orally,one dose a day,and was warmly taken three times in the morning,middle,and evening three times,each time 200 ml,and treated with eczema cream before bedtime,each time 4-6 hours.The affected area of??the control group was treated with topical Halomethasone cream three times a day;Ebastine tablets were taken orally once a night for 4 weeks.Observe the EASI score,pruritus score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during treatment,and recurrence rate after treatment before and after treatment in the two groups,and observe statistically.The therapeutic effect,safety,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of Qingpi Chushi Decoction combined with eczema cream in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema.Results:1.Comparison of EASI points,itching scores,and effectiveness:1.1 After 2 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the EASI score and itching score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p <0.05).(EASI score)and itching degree were significantly different(p <0.05).1.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical treatment effect in the treatment group:20 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate(healed + markedly effective / total number of cases in the treatment group)was 89.66%;clinical treatment in the control group Results: 14 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly improved,5 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate(healed + markedly effective / total number of cases in the control group)was 75.86%.The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group> control group.The clinical treatment effectiveness of the two groups was compared by chi-square test,p <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of adverse reactions: 2 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group,the adverse reaction rate was 6.90%,3 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,the adverse reaction rate was 10.34%,the comparison of the adverse reaction rate between the two groups by Chi square test,p <0.05,the difference is Statistical significance.3.Comparison of recurrence rate: 2 weeks after the end of treatment in this clinical study,the cured patients in the treatment group and the control group were followed up.One recurrence occurred in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 5.00% and four recurrence rates in the control group with a recurrence rate of28.57%.The comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups was tested by Chi-square test: p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Qingpi Chushi Decoction orally combined with eczema cream for the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema is effective;2.Qingpi Chushi Decoction orally combined with eczema cream for the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness-type eczema has better clinical efficacy than oral administration of elixir tablet combined with ebastine tablets.3.Qingpi Chushi Decoction orally combined with eczema cream for treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema had a lower incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate than oral administration of Emiltine cream combined with ebastine tablets. |
