Development And Research Of Health Food Nourishing Granules With Immune Regulation Function

Objective: Ziyi Granules are composed of 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as raw land,peony peel,fritillaria cirrhosa,beisha ginseng,golden buckwheat,danshen,bergamot and astragalus,which are mainly used to enhance immunity.The original formula is a decoction,which has many inconveniences.Now it is made into granules.In this study,the preparation process and quality standards of Ziyi Granules were systematically studied,and the quality standards and fingerprints of the granules were initially established.Methods: The decoction method was used to extract the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.With the comprehensive evaluation of the amount of ointment,the content and yield of rucola as the main functional component.The decoction time,the number of decoctions and the amount of water added were investigated by orthogonal test design the extraction process of the nourishing granules is preferred and the verification experiment is performed;The extract is used as a raw material,and the ratio of the diluent,the concentration of the binder,the drying temperature are investigated by a single factor to prepare the nourishing granules.Qualitative identification of Ziyi granules by thin-layer chromatography,determination of verbascoside in Rehmannia glutinosa by high-performance liquid chromatography,The Chinese Traditional Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2004 A version)was used to study the fingerprints of 10 batches of nourishing granule samples.Results: The best extraction process of Ziyi Granules is the prescription medicinal material plus 8 times water,decoction and extraction 2 times,1 hour each time.The best preparation process is to mix dry extract and dextrin at a ratio of 1: 1 and wet with 75%ethanol.After wet granulation,dry at 70 ° C.The granules obtained meet the requirements of granules.The TLC plot has clear spots and good reproducibility;The HPLC determination of verbascoside content,RSD of precision,stability,and reproducibility are less than 3%;10batches of nourishing granule samples have 3 common peaks,and the similarity is greater than 0.9.It has good consistency with the control fingerprint.Conclusion: The extraction and preparation process of the obtained Ziyi granules is reasonable and feasible,and the thin-layer identification method is simple and reliable.The established fingerprint spectrum provides a preliminary reference for the quality evaluation of Ziyi granules,and provides a test basis for the development and utilization of the compound.
