Study On The Effect Of Fast-Track Surgery Nursing In Perioperative Period Of Patients With Retinal Detachment

Objective:To study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients with re tinal detachment in perioperative period.Methods: From January 2018 to October 2018,subjects were selected from 140 patients with retinal detachment in the first hospital of Jilin University in Changchun.The patients were divided into two groups.There were 70 cases in the observation group(rapid rehabilitation nursing group)and 70 cases in the control group(traditional surgical nursing group),All of them are monocular.Routine perioperative nursing measures were taken in the control group and rapid rehabilitation nursing measures were taken in the intervention group.The observation indexes included: comparison of general data,postoperative pain score,postoperative visual acuity recovery,postoperative complication rate,prone position compliance rate,length of stay,cost of stay,patient satisfaction score and the anxiety and depression of patients before and after operation using Self—rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the basic data between the interventi on group and the control group(P >0.05).(2)The pain score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.31±0.96 vs.4.81±0.97、3.11±0.94 vs.3.66±0.93、1.51±0.74 vs.1.99±0.88,P<=0.005、P=0.002、P =0.002);The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of the first day before and after operation were lower than those of the control group(41.32±7.49 vs.45.89±6.86、37.01±6.85 vs.42.12±6.08、53.75±9.83 vs.58.56±9.7、47.16±10.7vs.52.79±9.82,P<0.01);The length of stay was less than that of the control group(4.6±1.01 d vs.5.57±0.88d),P <0.001);The compliance rate of prone position was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05);The cost of hospitalization was lower than that of the control group(24161.71±3874.08 vs.29600.01±3481.76,P <0.001);The postoperative satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(94.2 % vs.78.6 %,P =0.045);The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P =0.911),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P =0.028).Conclusion:It is effective to apply rapid rehabilitation nursing to patients with retinal detachment in perioperative period.It can not only shorten the days of hospitalization,reduce the cost of hospitalization,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients before and after surgery,reduce the pain of patients,improved visual acuity,improve the compliance rate of patients in prone position,but also increase the satisfaction score of patients.
