The Construction Of Doctor Patient Trust On The Online Healthcare Platforms

Trust is the basic barrier of individual security as a personality trait,rational choice and cultural resources,and it is the internal foundation of interpersonal relationship and social system operation.On the one hand,the popularity of the mobile Internet has intensified the spread of hot events.The mistrust between doctors and patients has become a prominent of the medical care system because of the audience’s cognitive stereotypes.The dissatisfaction of the medical industry has led to a decline in the reputation of medical workers and frequent incidents of violent medical treatment.These facts have in turn caused the negative self-protection of doctors in medical practice,and raising the cost of medical services.All society is suffering from the loss of trust between doctors and patients.Reshaping the trust between doctors and patients has become the focus of social concern.On the other hand,the Internet reconstructs the environmental context of doctor and patient,which provides a possibility to construct a new mode of communication between doctors and patients and enhance the trust of doctors and patients.More and more people use the Internet to search for health information.Internet medical platforms have become one of the ways people choose to consult,such as Hao Dai Fu Online and Chunyu Doctor and so on.Especially during the epidemic of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,There is a new opportunity for the development of Internet medicine.The communication between doctors and patients through the network can alleviate the pressure of medical resources to a certain extent.At the same time,the two-way and interactive nature of information dissemination gives the two sides a relatively equal right to dialogue,which provides the necessary motivation for building dialogue democracy and positive trust.Trust is a key factor in achieving good results in communication between doctors and patients.However,in the traditional medical diagnosis and treatment environment,the problem of mistrust between doctors and patients is still prominent.So,how to construct and maintain the trust between doctor and patient in the internet of physical absence? What problems exist in the construction of Internet doctors and patients trust? This paper takes the "Hao Dai Fu Online" Internet medical platform as the main observation field to see the process of trust formation in online doctor-patient communication through online observation and in-depth interviews with doctors and patients.And put forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the construction of doctors and patients’ trust.The first chapter of this paper introduces the Hao Dai Fu online platform and the online communication process of doctors and patients.At the same time,it summarizes the relevant theories borrowed from the study.The second chapter is the interpretation of the factors affecting the trust of doctors and patients,including the influence factors of trust in the Internet era and the factors affecting trust in the Internet age.The third chapter discusses the establishment,maintenance and problems encountered by doctors and patients on the online healthcare platform.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the construction of trust between doctors and patients on the online healthcare platform from various levels,such as platform、doctor-patient and society.Finally,in the conclusion part,the paper is summarized and reflected.
