Objective1.Construct a self-management intervention program for percutaneous coronary intervention based on IMB mode;2.Verify the effectiveness of the IMB model based intervention program in the self-management of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.MethodsThis study consists of two parts:1.IMB mode guided intervention program construction.First,a literature review was conducted to summarize the influencing factors of self-management behavior in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.Based on the IMB model as a guide and expert consultation,a preliminary draft of the intervention plan was formed, and then five patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention were pretreated.Test, modify and adjust the intervention plan to form the test report.2.To evaluate the effect of interventions guided by IMB mode on the self-management behavior of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention,GSES,CSMS and SAQ were used to measure the self-efficacy,self-management behavior and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention. The differences between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results1.The study self-management intervention program based on IMB mode for percutaneous coronary intervention consisted of 8 activities in 6 weeks, including 1 motivational interview,2 group activities, and 5 network interventions. The subject was coronary heart disease.See my illness,I am the master, control what I can do with coronary heart disease, how to eat in light diet exercise can reduce mortality, establish the concept of lifelong treatment, the things of tobacco and alcohol and heart, and the eight themes of concern for double heart health.2.The sample size of this study was 64 cases,of which 5 cases were shedding, the wastage rate was 7.8%,the effective sample size was 59 cases, the intervention group was 29 cases, and the control group was 30 cases. There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the GSES score of the intervention group was increased from(25.90±5.86)to(29.38±3.80).The difference was statistically significant by paired t-test.After intervention, the C SMS score of the intervention group was increased from(47.25± 9.82)to(56.12±4.68).The difference was statistically significant by paired t-test.After intervention, the SAQ score of the intervention group was increased from(63.85 ± 8.53)to(69.22±8.76).The difference was statistically significant by paired t-test.Conclusions1.Interventions based on the IMB model for self-administration of percutaneous coronary intervention, including one motivational interview, two group interventions, and five network interventions, can improve patient self-efficacy,self-management behavior, and quality of life.
