ObjectiveDescribe the status of nurses 'leadership style,nurse working environment and unity among nurses,and analyze the correlation between nurses' leadership style and nurse's leadership style and nurses 'working environment,and provide theoretical basis for improving nurses' unity.MethodsNurses in 5 tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected for questionnaire survey.A total of 1600 questionnaires were distributed in this study,and 1,519 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94.9%.Nurses'general information questionnaire,multiple leadership behaviors scale,nurses'working environment scale,and nurses' solidarity scale were used as research tools.All the data in this study were created with EpiData software database,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing.Results(1)Leadership style of head nurses:?The total score of the head nurse's transformational leadership style is(50.16 ± 1.38)points,and the scores of each dimension from high to low are leadership charisma(13.05±1.34),intelligent inspiration(12.95 ± 1.20),Persuasiveness(12.75 ± 1.07),personalized care(11.95±1.28);?Total score of transactional leadership behavior(23.98±1.41),the score of each dimension from high to low is active exception management(8.72±1.30),contingency Reward(7.88 ± 1.42),passive exception management(7.80±1.25).?The scores of intelligence stimulation among nurses of different education levels and departments are statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of personalized care among nurses of different education levels are statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses with different working years were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of passive exception management among nurses in different departments were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Nursing work environment:?The nurse's work environment is divided into(93.80 ± 1.56),and the scores of each dimension from high to low are the basis for high-quality nursing services(30.24 ± 0.91),and nurses participate in hospital affairs(26.55± 0.76)Ability and leadership style of nursing managers(15.62±1.03),sufficient human and material resources(12.16±0.72),and medical cooperation(9.25 ± 1.14).?Nursing managers' ability and leadership style have significant differences among nurses with different working years(P<0.05),and adequate human and material resources,and medical cooperation between nurses in different departments have significant differences in scores(P<0.05).(3)Degree of unity among nurses:?The total score of unity among nurses is(80.03±1.48),and the scores in each dimension are in order of emotional unity(33.57±1.45),academic unity(22.80± 1.81),and negative views about unity(22.73).± 1.39).?The academic solidarity was statistically significant among nurses with different educational levels(P<0.05),and the negative view of solidarity was statistically significant among nurses in different departments(P<0.05).(4)The total scores of the head nurse's transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style were significantly positively correlated with the total scores of the solidarity between nurses(correlation coefficients were 0.637 and 0.616,respectively,P<0.01).Except for the negative correlation between the passive exception management and the solidarity between nurses,each dimension of the head nurse's leadership style was significantly positively.correlated with the solidarity between nurses(P<0.01).Through multiple stepwise regression analysis,it was found that leadership charm,intelligence stimulation,charisma,personalized care,contingency reward and active exception management had positive prediction effect on the degree of unity among nurses,while passive exception management had negative prediction effect on the degree of unity among nurses.The total score of nurses' working environment was significantly positively correlated with the total score of solidarity between nurses(correlation coefficient was 0.693,P<0.01).Except that there was no correlation between medical cooperation and academic solidarity,all dimensions of nurses' working environment were positively correlated with emotional solidarity and academic solidarity,and negatively correlated with negative views of solidarity(P<0.01).All dimensions of nurses' working environment have positive predictive effects on the degree of unity among nurses.Conclusion:(1)The head nurse has a high level of leadership Charisma,inspiration,intelligent excitation,and active management by exception and a low level of personalized care and passive management by exception.(2)Human resources and materials among Nursing work environment need to be improved,and medical and nursing cooperation should be valued.(3)The unity among nurses is related to the leadership style of the head nurse and the nursing work environment,both of which have a positive effect on the unity among nurses.(4)The head nurse can adjust her leadership style to create a good and positive working environment,thereby improving the unity among nurses and promoting the progress of the nursing team.
