Clinical Observation Of Early Stage Qi Stagnation And Heat Accumulation Syndrome Of Lactation Mastitis With Baijin Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of baijin powder in the treatment of the initial qi stagnation and heat obstruction of external blowing mammary carbuncle.Methods:Selected data are complete and conform to the conditions of blow at the beginning and hot milk carbuncle indicates the patient 90 cases as the research object,using randomized into two groups,each group 45 cases,patients with internal and trichosanthes burdock tonga subtraction + topical platinum dispersion treatment,control group treated with internal and trichosanthes burdock tonga subtraction,two groups of treatment of continuous medication for a week,observe the degree of each breast tenderness,milk extract situation,the scope of breast swelling,breast lump size,mass,temperature,hardness,and other associated with symptoms such as index,statistical analysis,compare the curative effect of the difference between two groups.Results:1.In terms of the total score of symptoms and signs,after treatment,the total score of the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was lower than before,with statistical difference,indicating that both groups were effective in treatment(P < 0.05);The comparison between the total groups of the experimental group and the control group was P < 0.05,suggesting that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,that is,the treatment of trichosanthis burdock decoction plus/minus combined with platinum powder was better than the treatment of trichosanthis burdock decoction alone.2.As for the single score of the main symptoms and signs,the local breast pain degree,lump size,redness range,lump hardness,milk discharge,body temperature,thirst and defecation scores were all decreased before and after treatment in the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment methods in both groups could improve the symptoms of breast cancer.In terms of comparison between the two groups,the experimental group had better effect on improving local breast symptoms than the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of body temperature,thirst and defecation between the two groups,indicating that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in improving body temperature,thirst and defecation(P > 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the two groups was 88.89% in the experimental group and 80.00% in the control group,and the total effect was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion : The combination therapy has more advantages than oral therapy in improving the local swelling,heat pain and lump hardness.Trichosanthis burdock decoction plus reducing prescription and platinum-powder external application both have the function of clearing heat and detoxifying,dispersing knot and eliminating carbuncle.The combined use of the two can better improve the symptoms and signs of the patients with qi stagnation and heat obstruction in the early stage of breast cancer compared with the control group,and the curative effect is better.
