Clinical Observation Of Shugan Yunpi Prescription On Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Object:Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS)is a common functional disease.Diarrhea is the most common disease in China.The etiology and pathogenesis of IBS are not clear,so there is no specific method for the treatment of IBS.At present,the treatment of IBS is mainly symptomatic,and it is easy to relapse,which seriously affects the daily life of patients.In order to further understand the disease,consult a large number of literature,combined with the clinical experience of tutors,found that the most common type of liver depression and spleen deficiency.By observing the changes of the clinical symptoms,the severity of the disease,the content of CCK and VIP in the blood of the subjects before and after the treatment,the clinical effect of Shugan Yunpi formula on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency)was evaluated.Methods:1.60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.2.The control group was given piveronium bromide tablets,1 tablet/time,3 times a day;In the treatment group,Shu Gan Yun Pi formula were given orally,1 dose a day,decocted in water,and divided in the morning and evening.Both groups were given the drug continuously for 4 weeks.3.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,IBS-SSS scale score,blood CCK and VIP content,and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results:1.Single symptom:there were differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between Shugan Yunpi formula and pivium bromide on defecation characteristics,chest and flank fullness and pain,bowel sounds and sagittal Qi,and stool mucus(P>0.05);on abdominal pain,emotional depression and irritability,and abdominal distention(P<0.05),Shugan Yunpi formula was better than pivium bromide on relieving these symptoms;on defecation frequency,(P<0.01),Shugan Yunpi formula was better on relieving these symptoms The defecation frequency was significantly better than that of Pinaverium.2.In terms of comprehensive effect:the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 80%.By the analysis of rank sum test,it was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the Shugan Yunpi formula was superior to Pinaverium Bromide in the treatment of IBS-D patients.3.In terms of the severity of the disease:in terms of abdominal pain and discomfort(P<0.05),Shugan Yunpi formula is superior to Pinaverium Bromide in terms of alleviating the severity of abdominal pain;in terms of the days of onset,abdominal distention and discomfort,stool satisfaction and the impact on life(P<0.01),Shugan Yunpi formula is obviously superior to Pinaverium Bromide in alleviating these aspects.4.Serum VIP and CCK:both of them can reduce the content of VIP and CCK in patients’ serum,and Shugan Yunpi formula is better than pinaverium bromide.Conclusion:Shugan Yunpi formula has a significant effect on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency type),and it can also reduce the content of VIP and CCK in serum,which is more safe than pinaverium bromide.
