Research On Community Health Management Service Under Health China Strategy

Community health management services emerged in western developed countries.After years of development,community health management services have become an important part of grassroots medical and health services.Because it can directly face individual residents and has the advantage of mastering and meeting the needs of different individual residents,more and more countries and regions in the field of health policy choose to pay attention to the high-quality development of grassroots medical services,especially community health management services,and provide general medical health management services.Our country medical service system after nearly 20 years of development,the preliminary implementation situation,everyone will have access to basic health care but with the increasing urbanization rate and rapid change of human disease,many parts of the obvious contradiction between supply and demand of health resources,more and more diseases in the existing medical mode cannot be effectively solved,the existing medical education mode can not meet the requirements of the national health,deep-seated contradictions in the development of comprehensive health strategic goal,so the distance of 19 large determine comprehensive health goal still has a long way to go.Taking community health management service as the research subject,this paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and other contents of community health management service by using public product theory and multi-center governance theory,and emphatically analyzes the current situation and problems of community health management service in China at the present stage from both the government and society.From the perspective of government,problems such as the lack of legal system related to health management services and the unreasonable allocation of medical resources;From the social perspective,due to the lack of industry standards and the uneven quality and level of diagnosis and health care services in various health management and service institutions,the masses have low trust in community health management and service institutions and lack of initiative and enthusiasm in seeking services.Through fully draw lessons from foreign and domestic advanced areas,on the basis of advanced experience,put forward the rational use of-health resources and appropriate technology,on the basis of in-depth community,family help residents to foster health concepts and health behaviors deeply literacy,health prevention,health care,health care,rehabilitation,health education,to integyrate to form organic whole,will be incorporated in the community administrative management,health management services to build on community as the service object,the government support guidance,social independent participation in community health management service system,improve the effectiveness of the grassroots will have access to health services,economy,convenience and continuity,We will improve the health and welfare of the whole people and,in turn,the welfare of the whole society,foster a healthy lifestyle and production model in the new era,and promote the all-round development and progress of the people and society.To study community health management services to summarize the experiences of construction of basic health service system in different countries,through a detailed comparison the advantage of development in the former city community health management services,to clarify the development direction of community health management service in our country in the future,science rapid development policy for the government to provide strong support,the whole crowd health promotion and own life science development,realize the strategic target for overall health.
