Study On Pulse Condition And Constitution Characteristics Of Functional Dyspepsia Tongue

1 Background Functional dyspepsia is a common functional gastrointestinal disease in clinical practice,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year.Due to the unclear etiology and pathogenesis,it is currently focused on symptomatic treatment,and western medicine has no specific drugs.Under the guidance of the theory of syndr ome differentiation and treatment,TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of this disease.2 Objective By collecting the data of FD patients’ tongue,face,pulse and constitution of tra ditional Chinese medicine,cluster analysis method was used to understand the characteristics of TCM symptoms and constitution types of FD patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for the establishment and implementation of the healthy intervention program for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of patients with FD,so as to play a positive role in the prevention and treatment of this disease.3 Methods According to the FD and exclusion criteria,this study included 185 patients with FD,use "the lingual vein information acquisition DS01-A physical identifica tion system" for patients with information collection and analysis of physical ide ntification,summarizes the basic situation of 185 patients,at the same time,the result of the data clustering analysis,through the distribution characteristics of the lingual pulse condition analysis of FD common TCM syndrome type distribut ion,and the physical distribution characteristics of FD.4 Results(1)Age and gender distribution: the average age of 185 FD patients in this survey was 43.22±12.89 years,among which 67 were males and 118 were females.There were 32 young people(<30 years old),140 middle-aged people(30-60 years old)and 13 elderly people(60 years old).Distribution of men and women in different age groups:There are 32 young people(<30 years old),24 female and8 male.There were 140 middle-aged people(30-60 years old),including 85 fem ales and 55 males.There were 13 elderly(>60 years old),9 females and 4 males.(2)Tongue,noodles,pulse condition frequency analysis(according to the frequency from high to low is arranged in the order): a moderate,complexion is white,pulse force of arteries and veins empty,pulse without sliding acerbity charact eristics,pulse string,whitish,moss yellow phase and cracks,face red,tongue,pulse string tight characteristics,quality thin tongue fat,moss,pulse and tongue color light,tongue color pink,red tongue tip,pulse rhythm generation,tongue,pulsea heavy,moss thin thickness,moss,moss greasy,pulse rhythm,was often color,moderate tongue,tongue color red,medium pulse force and moss peeled,less tongue coating,moss grey black,tooth marks the tongue and pulse rhythm knot,prick the tongue and pulse,pulse and rhythm.(3)Information clustering results of tongue,face and pulse:Category 1: red complexion,greasy moss,thick moss,uniform pulse rhythm,thin tongue,red tongue edge,smooth pulse,moss grey black,moss peeling,tongue point thorn,indicating real heat,wet resistance,wet heat,Yin deficiency,etc;Category 2: the yellow and white phase of moss,the tongue color is red,the tongue shape is moderate,the pulse position is heavy,indicating the heat,cold an dheat phase;Category 3: pale tongue color,moss white,moss thin,pulse string,pulse rhythm promotion,pulse position moderate,pulse force medium,pulse rhythm knot,pulse no smooth and astringent characteristics,fat tongue,regular complexion,sugg esting spleen deficiency,liver depression,qistagnation,etc;Category 4: pale complexion,virtual pulse force,floating pulse position,palered tongue color,no coating,tongue and teeth mark,less coating on tongue,tongue crack,pulse rhythm generation,no stringy pulse characteristics,suggesting spleen deficiency,qi deficiency,virtual cold,Yang deficiency,etc.(4)Frequency analysis results of TCM constitution(from high to low occurrence frequency): qi-deficiency quality,yang-deficiency quality,qi-stagnation quality,blood stasis quality,peacefulness quality,damp-heat quality,phlegm-dampness quality,yin-deficiency quality,special report quality.(5)TCM constitution clustering results:Category 1: blood stasis,Yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,dampness and heat;Category 2: qideficiency,Yang deficiency and qi stagnation;Category 3: evenness;Category 4: exceptional qualities.Constitution and combination: qi-asthenia quality-Yang-asthenia quality,phleg m-wet-heat quality,yin-asthenia quality-blood stasis quality,qi-asthenia quality-yang-asthenia quality-blood stasis quality.(6)Biased constitution and clamping tendency(the combination of clamping from high to low according to the correlation coefficient):Yin deficiency quality-blood stasis quality,phlegm wet quality-heat and humidity quality,qi deficiency quality-Yang deficiency quality,Yin deficiency quality-phlegm wet quality,phlegm wet quality-blood stasis quality,Yin deficiency quality-heat and humidity quality.5 Conclusion(1)From the basic information,among the 185 FD patients in this study,females were more than males,and the majority were middle-aged;(2)The information of tongue,face and pulse suggested that the pathogenesis of FD was mainly spleen deficiency,and the constitution was mainly qideficiency and Yang deficiency.(3)Qi-asthenic-yang-asthenic-qi-stagnation,yin-asthenic-blood-stasis,phlegm-dampness-heat-dampness-quality have a high correlation,which makesit easy to form a constitution with double clamps.(4)This study suggests that FD can be divided into the following four types: spleen-stomach weakness(cold),spleen-stomach deficiency and qi stagnation,splee n-stomach dampness and heat,and cold-heat disorder.
