Objective: This study explored the difference between the measured bone met abolism indexes and some lipid metabolism indexes by observing the changes of b one metabolism indexes and some lipid metabolism indexes in women with type 2diabetes after their natural post-menopause.Methods: A total of 147 women aged45-72 years with natural menopause≥2 years were selected and divided into 47 p atients with type 2 diabetes and 100 patients with non-type 2 diabetes according to the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes;the same dual-energy X-ray absorptiom etry was used(DEXA)Scanner, perform bone mineral density(BMD)scan on the lumbar 3,lumbar 4 vertebral bodies and hips(femoral neck,Wards triangle gross t rochanter, gross trochanter)to obtain BMD and T values;Simultaneous determinat ion of glycated hemoglobin value, bone metabolism markers(type I collagen amino terminal elongation peptide PINP,β-collagen degradation product β-CTX),partial li pid metabolism markers(phosphatidylcholine PC,cardiolipin CL,sphingolipids SM),cortisol, androstenedione(Androstenedione)and other biochemical indicators, comp aring the differences in metabolic markers between the groups. Results: 1.Analysis o f bone metabolism markers, lipid metabolism markers, bone mineral density and T value between the type 2 diabetes group and the non-type 2 diabetes group showe d no statistical difference;2.the type 2 diabetes group had normal and abnormal gl ycated hemoglobin groups analysis of metabolic markers, lipid metabolism markers, bone mineral density and T value showed no statistical difference;3.on the premi se of different bone mass levels in type 2 diabetes group, the measured cortisol,P INP,CL(75:4)analysis,the results were not statistically significant;4.the results ofβ-CTX at different bone mass levels were statistically different(F=3.196,P=0.044),and β-CTX in the osteoporosis group were significantly higher than the bone mass reduction group compared with normal bone mass group;5.at different bone m ass levels, the analysis results of PC(18:0/20:4)are statistically different(F=183.528,P<0.001),and the trend is increasing with the decrease of bone mass level;6.PC(36:2)analysis results were statistically significant(F=101.891,P<0.001),the b one mass reduction group was significantly higher than normal bone mass and oste oporosis group;7.PC(36:5)analysis results There is a statistical difference(F=227.552,P<0.001),and it increases with the decrease of bone mass level;8.SM(The analysis results of d16:0/18:1)are statistically different(F=54.975,P<0.001),and show a decreasing trend with the decrease of bone mass level. Conclusion: Chang es in some lipid metabolism indicators suggest that there is a correlation between l ipid metabolism and bone metabolism, which can be used by clinicians to detect, prevent, and treat osteoporosis earlier by detecting changes in lipid metabolism indi cators, and reduce the causes of osteoporosis.complication. |
