Safety And Health Economics Analysis Of Hysteroscopic Resection Of Submucosal Fibroids In Day Ward

Objective:This study intends to explore the feasibility,safety,and economics of daytime surgical mode applied to hysteroscopic submucosal myomectomy.Instruct patients to choose the most cost-effective surgical method for submucosal uterine leiomyoma to provide clinical evidence.Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed.Patients with submucosal uterine fibroids treated in the gynecology department of the People’s Hospital of the Autonomous Region from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.300 patients with submucosal uterine leiomyomas were selected according to the standard of day surgery.In the day surgery ward center,150 patients served as the study group,including 74 patients with type 0,43 patients with type I,and 33 patients with type II.The control group consisted of 150 patients in the inpatient ward,including 71 patients with type 0,44 patients with type I,There were 35 cases of type II.The same doctor and team completed the treatment plan and surgical procedure of the two groups of patients,and compared the operation time,intraoperative conditions,hospitalization costs,laboratory costs,drug costs,postoperative complications,hospitalization time,and average hospitalization before surgery Day and so on for comparison.Results:(1)Postoperative complications(abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,fever,vaginal bleeding)in the control group were compared with those in the non-daytime group on the 1st,5th,and 10 th day after surgery.There was no significant difference in the complications of days,5 days,and 10 days(P> 0.05).There were no re-admission cases due to complications;(2)The average length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The total cost of hospitalization,laboratory costs,and drug costs of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions: Strictly grasp the inclusion and exclusioncriteria,and study the day-to-day surgery mode compared with traditional surgery with the same treatment effect.Retrospectively analyze the economic consumption of 300 patients during the day.Utilization of the medical system,therefore,hysteroscopic resection is more feasible,safer,and more economical in gynecological diseases.It has positive significance for improving the working efficiency of medical staff,saving the cost of the medical system and reducing the financial burden of patients,and improving the satisfaction of patients with medical institutions.Therefore,daytime hysteroscopic resection of submucosal fibroids is worth promoting.
