Objective:To investigate the risk factors related to choledocholithiasis secondary to gallstones. Methods:The clinical data of 140 patients with gallstones or gallstones complicated with choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Compare the patient’s relevant medical history, imaging data and some serological indexes. Results:The results showed that there was no significant difference between the patients’gender, diabetes history, hypertension history, stone shape,BMI,gallbladder volume,ALT,AST,TG,HDL,TC and the formation of secondary choledocholithiasis;the largest diameter of the stones(≥10mm,>10mm)(?~2=7.896,P=0.019),parapapillary diverticulum(yes,no),(?~2=10.849,P=0.013),the number of gallstones(single,multiple)(?~2=9.760,P=0.08,see Table 1),age(t=2.767,P=0.006),diameter of common bile duct(t=8.068,P=0.000),total bilirubin(t=2.372,P=0.019),alkaline phosphatase(t=2.448,P=0.016),etc.were significantly different from the formation of common bile duct stones.Logistic regression analysis showed that the largest diameter of gallstone≥10mm,common bile duct dilatation, paratapillary diverticulum formation and multiple gallstones were independent risk factors for the formation of secondary common bile duct stones. Conclusion:The formation of choledocholithiasis secondary to cholecystolithiasis is the result of a variety of risk factors. In the specific treatment,we should combine the individual treatment of patients and strengthen the preventive measures to reduce the recurrence rate.
