Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of leukoaraiosis associated with cerebral small vessel disease and cognitive dysfunction,and to analyze the risk factors that may affect cognitive function.Methods: Charge between September 2018 and October 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university neurology treated cerebral small vascular disease related brain white matter disease,203 cases of patients with osteoporosis,charge control group 50 cases at the same time,and record the clinical data of patients,respectively by neuroimaging to evaluate the severity of leukoaraiosis,divided into mild,moderate and severe brain white matter and the line of MoCA,MMSE and DSM-5 cognitive scale of evaluation,analysis of cognitive dysfunction,and cerebral small vessel disease related to the possible risk factor for cognitive dysfunction in patients with LA.Results: In LA patients with cerebral small vessel disease,MoCA score of patients in the mild,moderate and severe groups were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).MMSE score was also lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among the LA patients with cerebrovascular disease in terms of attention,executive function,learning and memory,visual space and other aspects,the LA patients with moderate to severe cerebral small vessel disease were significantly impaired in each group and within the group(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was carried out on the risk factors affecting cognitive function,and the differences in education level,mean arterial pressure and age were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The greater the degree of LA associated with cerebral small vessel disease,the greater the impairment of cognitive function,especially in attention,executive function,learning and memory,and visual space.Age and mean arterialpressure are the risk factors of CSVD-related LA,and education level is the protective factor. |
