Objective To Investigate The Ultrasonographic Characteristics And Pregnancy Outcome Of Abnormal Twins In Early Pregnancy

Objective: Objective to investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics and pregnancy outcome of abnormal twins during earlypregnancy(11~13+6weeks).Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 230 cases of early pregnancy twin pregnancy who underwent ultrasound examination in our hospital from May 2016 to August 2019,Among them,190 cases of early pregnancy were divided into normal group 1: normal pregnancy early pregnancy double wool double sheep twins(162 cases).Normal group 2:single pile single sheep,single pile double sheep twins(28 cases),40 cases were in the case group,They were case group 1:one of the twins NT thickening double wool double sheep twins(10 cases);Case group 2: one of the twins with abnormal structure was twin(17 cases).Case group 3: one of the twins with abnormal structure of single pile sheep and single pile sheep(13 cases),track the mid and late pregnancy and childbirth,discusses the differences in pregnancy outcomes.Results: The difference was not statistically significant between NT thickened fetuses with full term birth rate of 80% and NT normal fetuses with full term birth rate of 61.7%(P>,0.05),and abnormal birth rates of 20% and38.2% in the two groups(P>,0.05).One of the twins was structurally abnormal full-term birth rate(64.7%)and the other was normal pregnancy rate(61.7%).The difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P > 0.05).The rate of abnormal pregnancy in the two groups was 5.8% and 3.7%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The rate of premature birth in the two groups was29.4% and 34.5%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Single chorionic single and double sheep sheep one of twins structural abnormalities fetus full-term birth rate 8.3%,lower than normal pregnancy twins full-term birth rate by 50%,compared the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of abnormalbirth rate were 50%,3.5%,abnormal higher than normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of preterm birth rates were 41.6%,57.1%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Early pregnancy double wool double sheep one of twins NT thickening and double one of fetal structural abnormalities fetus does not affect the other full-term birth rate,single chorionic one of twins structural abnormalities affects another full-term birth rate of the fetus,diagnosis of twins exception types and confirm chorionic properties can be comprehensive analysis of the possible adverse pregnancy outcomes,can bring the prognosis of abnormal twins processing a certain guiding significance to take timely intervention measures to reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy in the perinatal period.
