Objective To investigate serum aquaporin-4 antibody(AQP4-Ab)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-27(IL-27).The application value of expression detection in the evaluation of patients with neuromyelitis pedigree diseases(NMOSDs)and prognosis,in order to provide a basis for the evaluation of NMOSDs disease and prognosis. Methods 84 patients with NMOSDs from July 2015 to June 2017 from Shandong Provincial Hospital and Leling People’s Hospital were selected as the case group(the disease was within 7 days of acute phase),and 62 healthy subjects were selected as controls group. The two groups of general data were collected to compare the expression of serum AQP4-Ab,IL-6 and IL-27 in the case group and the control group. The serum AQP4-Ab,IL-6 and IL-27 expression in the case group before and after treatment, and the disease in the case group were statistically analyzed.Different age, gender, duration of disease, central involvement(MRI showed the number of spinal cord involvement segments),Expanded disability status scale(EDSS),serum AQP4-Ab,IL-6,IL-27 expression,To analyze the correlation between the above-mentioned serum index expression and the age, gender, duration of disease, number of spinal cord involvement,EDSS score, and recurrence of patients with NMOSDs.The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the above-mentioned serum indicators for disease recurrence in NMOS patients Predictive value. Results The serum levels of AQP4-Ab and IL-6 in the case group were higher than those in the control group, and the serum IL-27 expression was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum AQP4-Ab and IL in the case group were treated. The expression of-6 was lower than that before treatment, and the expression of serum IL-27 was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The group test showed that the serum AQP4-Ab and IL of patients with different age,sex and course of disease in the case group were different.-6,IL-27 expression, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the case group spinal cord involvement number≥6,EDSS score≥4 points, recurrence of serum AQP4-Ab,IL-6 expression Higher than the number of spinal cord involvement segments<6,EDSS score<4 points,no recurrence, serum IL-27 expression was lower than the number of spinal cord involvement segments<6,EDSS score<4 points,no recurrence, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between serum AQP4-Ab,IL-6,IL-27 expression and age, gender, and duration of disease in patients with NMOSDs(P>0.05);serum AQP4 in NMOSDs patients-Ab,IL-6 expression and number of spinal cord involvement,EDSS score, recurrence There was a positive correlation between serum IL-27 expression and spinal cord involvement,EDSS score, and recurrence(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed increased serum AQP4-Ab and IL-6 expression,IL-A decrease in expression of 27 can be an important predictor of disease recurrence in patients. Conclusion The expression of serum AQP4-Ab and IL-6 in patients with optic neuromyelitis spectrum disease is significantly increased, the serum IL-27 expression is significantly decreased, and the three can participate in the occurrence and progression of the disease, and its expression and severity of disease and progression of the disease Prognosis and recurrence are closely related and can be used as an important indicator for disease status and prognosis evaluation.
