Study On The Relation Between Hiatus Hernia And Its Risk Factors

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between risk factors for hiatus hernia.Methods: A retrospectivly analysis of 199 cases of hiatal hernia who undervent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and 201 healthy controls in the same period in the Department of Gastroenterology of the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Autonomous Region from June 2014 to June 2017.The differences in gender,age,weight,smoking,alcohol,eating habits,mental status,occupational history,and Helicobacter pylori antibody were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of hiatal hernia.Results: Single factor analysis showed that the control group and the case group were gender(male),age,obesity,smoking,drinking,constipation,postprandial exercise,high-fat diet,eating too fast,eating too much,greasy food,long-term sedentary,The exposure rates of depression and fatigue were different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed: age,obesity,greasy food may be risk factors for HH.Conclusion: age,obesity,greasy food may be risk factors for HH,Helicobacter pylori positive negative correlation between them,In order to develop a good life and eating habits also improving mood for these high-risk groups,it is helpful to prevent HH from further occurrence of HH.
