At present, the health of pregnant women has become the focus of attention of the society, but the pregnant women' s physical health is the main concern, and the research on the mental health of pregnant women is relatively few.Prenatal anxiety is a common and serious psychological problem of pregnant women before delivery, which will have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of pregnant women and even on the health of the fetus. How to respond to the problem of prenatal anxiety? It has become an irrefutable issue. In this study,16 pregnant women with prenatal anxiety in W maternity hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group only participated in regular maternity examination without group work intervention. The members of the experimental group formed a support group for pregnant mothers to intervene in group work for one and a half months.According to the theory of social support and the needs of group members, six group activities were designed from two aspects: enhancing social support among members, members and family members. At the same time, play the role of the Internet, build a "mothers' mutual assistance Wechat group",and build a new social support network for the group members.Through exchanging mutual assistance with other pregnant women in the group, members can listen to the series of micro-lessons during pregnancy and childbirth and doctors' questions and answers, enhance their cognitive support and emotional support, and form a lasting and stable social support network. Finally, through quantitative(scale measurement)and qualitative(group members interview feedback)evaluation methods to understand the changes of team members, analyze the intervention effect of team work, and draw conclusions.Quantitative results showed that after group work intervention, the average score of anxiety level of maternal support group members was 3.2812 points lower than that before intervention, and 7.0312 points lower than that of control group, which indicated that group work intervention could alleviate prenatal anxiety of pregnant women to some extent;Qualitative research results show that after group work intervention, the maternal support group members feel that the level of social support from family members, team members, medical staff and other pregnant women has significantly improved, and anxiety has been alleviated. The results of comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluation can draw the conclusion that the intervention of group work guided by social support theory has played a certain role in alleviating prenatal anxiety of pregnant women. Finally, the author reflects on the shortcomings of the study and puts forward corresponding suggestions for future researchers to learn from the experience.
