Analysis And Identification On Potential Risk Factors Of Diabetes Mellitus

Diabetes is a chronic disease associated with multiple risk factors.Once people had this disease,he can not be cured.Many residents are seriously suffered with physical injury and financial burden by diabetes.It need to strengthen the prevention and control of diabetes,and at the same time diabetes mobile APP is gradually emerging by supporting user health management,but the risk assessment and self-diagnosis which products cover are not perfect,it need to build a comprehensive evaluation indicators.Based on the experience of medical experts and the data support of literature,this paper uses Anylogic software to simulate the development of diabetes,and concluded thatⅠlevel prevention during the normal blood glucose period is the key stage to control the development of the disease.Used fishbone chart to summarize the potential risk factors that increase the risk of diabetes and analyze the main potential risk factors of a community from the aspects of society,environment,daily life habit and physical and mental status by survey.The relationship between the major risk factors of diabetes in this community was analyzed by association rules of data mining.We obtained the correlation between gastrointestinal and androgen status and family history of hyperglycemia.And compared respondents information data of three different blood glucose status.The main potential risk factors included family history of hyperglycemia,poor stomach,high androgen levels,eating patterns,overweight and obesity,the continuing age,bad mood,poor habits,other diseases,drinks high in sugar content tea,dining places,While drinking,smoking,famine,malnutrition,number of physical examination,self-health evaluation,self-evaluation were no obvious connection with hyperglycemia.To sum up the conclusions,some preventive strategies are formulated for the community to enhance the knowledge of diabetes prevention in healthy people.This paper combined qualitative and quantitative methods to identify potential risk factors,it had a certain reference and guidance for diabetes control of diabetes prevention and mobile medical APP.
