[Purpose] In recent years, residents' awareness of health management has been strengthened, and the advances of mobile information technology has provided a convenient way of managing health services for them.In this way,the goal of reducing the risk factors of individuals or groups of health risks can be achieved. However, mobile health management services are still in the early stages of development in China, they have a smaller market size and a lower level of public acceptance. Therefore, this paper combines the public's willingness to use mobile health management services, analyzes its development status and explores the factors affecting the willingness to use.In theory,it explores the expansion of user behavior willingness theory in the field of mobile health management services;in practice,it aims to provide suggestions for better promoting the development of mobile health management services.[Methods] Firstly, reviewing decomposed theory of planned behavior, innovation diffusion theory and transaction cost theory through the literature analysis method, and summarizing the key factors affecting mobile health management services to costucted the research model of mobile health management service users' willingness to use.Secondly,379 valid questionnaires were obtained in the form of electronic questionnaires, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were tested by spss20.0.The correlation between the variables was tested by correlation analysis. The variance analysis was used to test the significant difference of individual characteristics to the willingness to use. Finally, the regression analysis was used to verify the model hypothesis, and proposing suggestions to romote the use of mobile health management services.[Results](1)281(74.1%)residents in the sample considered mobile health management services necessary, but 267(70.4%)residents did not use mobile health management services.(2)Residents are most interested in providing health monitoring and guidance and health counseling and guidance services through mobile health management services.(3)Gender has an impact on the willingness to use mobile health management services, and women will have a stronger willingness to adopt than men.(4)Subjective norms, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,and asset specificity positively affect the user's willingness to use,and uncertainty negatively affects the user's willingness to adopt.(5)The assumption that compatibility and subjective effectiveness have a positive and significant impact on the willingness to use does not hold.[Conclusions] The implementation of “Healthy China” strategy and the development of mobile health have made the development of mobile health management services promising, but due to its low recognition and acceptance, mobile health management services have not been widely accepted. In order to promote the sustainable development of mobile health management services, service providers must not only tap potential users, increase publicity, and maintain information security, but also provide effective and effective services to understand the needs of residents. At the same time,it is necessary to increase publicity at the government level, improve relevant supervision work, and strengthen market supervision.
