Objective: In this study, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(commercial name: neoreactivity)and isosorbide nitrate(commercial name: isoshuji)were evaluated by comparing their effects on the indicators of heart failure in patients with acute heart failure(ADHF).At the same time,by comparing the changes of nerve and humoral factors in heart failure patients in the new activating element group and the iso-shuji group, the effects of new activating element on the neural-humoral regulatory mechanism were observed. Methods: 82 patients with acute heart failure who were admitted to our hospital for treatment of heart failure from January 2017 to January 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were collected, including 34 patients in the new activity group and 48 patients in the isocuji group, among whom 56 were males and 26 were females. The control group and experimental group were given conventional anti-heart failure drug treatment, while actively controlling blood glucose and blood pressure, adjusting blood lipid, and actively removing coronary heart disease risk factors.Control group: combined with isoxuji on the basis of conventional treatment.Experimental group: addition of neoreactivity on the basis of conventional treatment.Using retrospective analysis, comparative trial group and control group before and after treatment in patients with heart failure symptoms, signs, urine volume, heart rate, blood pressure, peripheral venous pressure,N-Terminal pro-B-Type Natriuretic Peptide(NT-pro BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),stroke volume(SV),cardiac displacement(CO),cardiac index(CI),arterial blood oxygen saturation(SO2),hospitalization days and the incidence of adverse reactions, analysis the clinical curative effect of new fuel; The 3-month rehospitalization rate of patients with heart failure was compared between the experimental group and the control group, and the prognosis of patients with heart failure treated with neosporin was analyzed. The changes of renin, angiotensin I,angiotensin II and aldosterone in the two groups were observed to explore the pathogenesis of heart failure.General information of the two groups of patients was recorded at the same time. Results: There was no significant difference in clinical baseline level(age, gender, smoking, course of disease, body mass index, basic disease)between the two groups. The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of BNP in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of urine volume 24 hours after treatment in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease of peripheral venous pressure in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decreased heart rate of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Arterial oxygen saturation increased in the experimental group and decreased in the control group(P<0.05).Experimental group after angiotensin Ⅰ,angiotensin and aldosterone Ⅱ drops, and the control group angiotensin Ⅰ,angiotensin and aldosterone Ⅱ increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in blood pressure and LVDD(P > 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in length of hospital stay, incidence of adverse reactions, and readmission rate(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of acute heart failure stylish living element is isoket clinical effect is good, can more effectively improve heart failure symptoms, signs, decrease BNP level, improve heart function, increase urine output, lower peripheral venous pressure and heart rate, improve arterial blood oxygen saturation, and do not significantly reduce blood pressure, less adverse reaction, hospitalization rate is low, good safety.Neobiotics can also be used to treat heart failure by affecting the RAAS system.
