Objective To investigate the clinical features of congenital hereditary retinoschisis(CHRS)patients, and to investigate the correlation between the refractive status and the fundus changes, and the influence of different treatments on the refractive statusMethod This study is a retrospective case.32 cases(64 eyes)were diagnosed from December 2016 to January 2014 at Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and were inspected with uncorrected visual acuity, insert corrected visual acuity, fundus photography, spectral domain optical coherence tomography, axial length, corneal curvature, mydriatic retinoscopy, ultrasound and other related inspection.Using the spss20.0 statistical software to analyse the period of the 32 patients 64 eyes were followed up(including refractive diopter, axial length, corneal curvature size)changes, and analysis of axial length, foveal splitting between crack and diopter of thickness and difference between the two,as well as the analysis of wear lens correction, amblyopia and laser treatment surrounding splitting cavity for refraction.Result 1.CHRS patients and 32 cases were bilateral disease,64 eyes,31 cases were male(96.88%),1 cases of female(3.12%);the research object of minimum age is 3 years old,the maximum age is 12 years old, average age. There were 28 patients 56 eyes were wearing glasses correction and amblyopia training treatment, split cavity surrounding the laser in the treatment of 6 cases of 12 eyes were performed, the longest follow-up time of 3 years, the shortest follow-up time was six months. The refractive status of 64 showed normal distribution, myopia and mild hyperopia(6.25%),moderate hyperopia(84.38%).High hyperopia(9.37%).2.There was no significant difference between the visual acuity of 64 eyes with insert corrected visual acuity(T=0.351,P>0.05);by wearing glasses correction and amblyopia treatment in 56 eyes diagnosed and follow-up visual acuity, diopter and foveal splitting thickness had no significant difference;through the eye before and after splitting the surrounding cavity laser treatment of 12 diopter also showed no significant difference(T=0.485,P>0.05).3.The use of optical low coherence reflectometry(Lenstar LS900)measured axial length of the longest is 25.5mm and the shortest is 19.3mm,the average length is 21.76±2.38mm;using frequency domain optical coherence tomography(TOPCON 3D OCT-1000)split thickness up to UM detection of the fovea, the maximum is 1.645 mm,the lowest is 0.503 m,the average height is 1.241±0.404mm;the maximum difference between the two is 24.997 mm,the minimum is 17.745 mm,the average difference was 20.511±3.486 mm.4.There is a significant negative correlation between the diopter and axial length(r=-0.704,-0.748,P<0.01),and foveal splitting thickness had no significant correlation(r=-0.063,P>0.01),but the difference between the two and had significant correlation(r=-0.748,P<0.01).Conclusion 1.Congenital cleft eyes are more common in men,and both eyes are affected. The refractive condition is mostly hyperopia, and most of them are middle and high hyperopia 2.Split by patients wearing glasses correction and amblyopia training, there is no obvious change in refractive status of congenital retina, visual acuity was not significantly improved,so the disease with poor eyesight and ametropia can not be corrected and improved. The extraocular laser treatment surrounding splitting cavity had no obvious effection to the refractive status.3.There was no significant correlation between the degree of hyperopia and the age, curvature, foveal thickness, but negatively correlated with the length and difference of the axial length of the eye4.For the clinical in patients with high myopia fundus correction of low vision is very important, the OCT examination is the best method of splitting disease and ametropic amblyopia congenital retinal identification,is used for the observation of congenital macular retinoschisis in the progress of an important examination of crack.
