Objective based on the Investigation and analysis the food and dietary nutrient intake and aerobic exercise of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Lanzhou City, conducted comprehensive interventions for dietary nutrition guidance and aerobic exercise during pregnancy.Evaluation of intervention effects from prenatal clinical indicators, pregnancy outcomes and neonatal physique during pregnancy in order to provide a reference for improving the nutrition and health care strategies of pregnant women in Lanzhou during pregnancy.Method The pregnant women who have established card and routine pregnancy tests in the third-grade women’s and children’s specialist hospitals in Lanzhou City and decide to accept the investigation oluntarily in the past two years are the subjects of study. For pregnant women who are willing to accept project management, they will receive dietary nutrition guidance and comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention during pregnancy. The relevant data of prenatal clinical indicators, pregnancy outcomes and neonatal physique of different intervention groups were tracked, and the intervention effects were analyzed and evaluated.Results1.Food and dietary nutrient intake of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Lanzhou City1.1 Food intake of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Lanzhou CityThe food intake of pregnant women in Lanzhou City is within the recommended range of cereals, beans and vegetables. The food intake of rural pregnant women is within the recommended range of vegetables, livestock and poultry, and eggs, soybeans and nuts.Compared with the two countries, the ratio of the actual intake of urban pregnant women to the recommended median value is lower than that of the livestock in the rural areas(P<0.05),and the ratio of urban pregnant women to those of the rural areas is fish and shrimps and eggs(P<0.05).1.2 Dietary nutrient intake of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Lanzhou CityFrom the ratio of the actual nutrient intake to the recommended intake,it is found that The ratio of nutrient intake of magnesium, iron, selenium and VB1 in rural pregnant women is higher than that in urban areas, and VA is lower than that in urban areas.2.Basic sports of pregnant women in urban and rural areas of Lanzhou City(mainly pregnant women in the second trimester)There were significant differences in the composition and time of outdoor activities, occupational activities, housework activities and sleep time between urban and rural pregnant women in Lanzhou City(P<0.05).Rural pregnant women accounted for outdoor sports(87.4%)higher than urban pregnant women(76.4%),urban pregnant women outdoor activities 5 hours/week,rural pregnant women outdoor activities 13 hours/week(P<0.05);urban pregnant women during pregnancy The proportion of the number of people(40.7%)is higher than that of rural pregnant women(9.4%);the proportion of rural pregnant women’s domestic activities(91.0%)is higher than that of cities(56.7%),urban pregnant women’s domestic activities are 3 hours/week,rural pregnant women’s household activities 13 hours/week(P<0.05);urban pregnant women sleep 9 hours/day lower than rural pregnant women sleep 11 hours/day(P<0.05).3.Effects of dietary nutrition guidance combined with aerobic exercise intervention on pregnancy outcome and neonatal health status of pregnant women in Lanzhou City3.1 The effect of dietary nutrition guidance combined with aerobic exercise intervention on pregnant women in Lanzhou CityThe difference in fetal position between the different intervention groups(nutrition combined with aerobic exercise group, nutrition intervention group, exercise group and control group)was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the normal fetal position ratio of dietary nutrition combined exercise group was 97.2%.In the simple diet nutrition group,94.3%of pregnant women(P<0.05),higher than93.5%of simple aerobic exercise and 97.1%of pregnant women in the control group(P<0.05).The second labor time of the diet nutrition combined exercise group and the simple diet nutrition group was 30 min less than the control group(P<0.05);the total labor time of the diet nutrition combined exercise group was 373 min less than the control group 387 min(P<0.05).3.2 The effect of dietary nutrition combined with aerobic exercise intervention on newbornsThere were significant differences in birth weight between the different intervention groups(P<0.05).The proportion of low birth weight infants in the diet-combined exercise group was 3.0%lower than that in the simple exercise group(7.9%)(P<0.05).The normal birth weight ratio of the nutrition-combined exercise group was 92.2%,and that of the simple diet group was 92.9%,which was higher than that of the simple exercise group(86.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The actual intake of cereal potato food in rural pregnant women is seriously exceeding the recommended intake, and the intake of fish, shrimp and eggs is insufficient. The meat intake of pregnant women in urban areas is lower than that in rural areas. The ratio of nutrient intake of magnesium, iron, selenium and VB1 in rural pregnant women is higher than that in urban areas, and VA is lower than that in urban areas.2.The outdoor activities, housework activities and sleep time of pregnant women in Lanzhou City are lower than those of rural pregnant women.3.Nutritional intervention combined with exercise can improve the normal rate of fetal position.Moderate exercise can shorten the time of labor.Reasonable dietary nutrition can increase the normal birth weight of newborns.
