| Objective: To provide normal evidence for surgical criteria through comparing different types of surgeries treating GIST using GRADE systematic review.Method: Comparing treating GIST using open surgery, laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery and endoscopic surgery by evaluating perioperative and postoperative outcomes through researching different databases, such as Pubmed,Web of science,Cochrane and so on.Result: According to the outcomes, open surgery treating GIST has longer operative time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative intake time, postoperative flatus time and more bleed, total complications and recurrence compared to laparoscopic surgery. As for large tumours, open surgery treating GIST has longer postoperative time and more bleed.Endoscopic surgery treating GIST can decrease operative time, postoperative time and bleed while increase the total complications. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery can improve the life quality of the patients with GIST.Especially for the large GIST,laparoscopic surgery is not inferior to open surgery.Robotic surgery treating GIST is increasing with lots of potentials.Endoscopic surgery treating GIST has more complications compared to surgery with improving the conditions of the patients to some extent, which needs to be clarified in the future. |
