Objective: By detecting the levels between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and Immunoglobulin,lymphocyte subsets in serum of children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(HSP),To investigate(1)the differences in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels between children with HSP and normal children;(2)the difference of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in subclinical groups of children with HSP;(3)the relationship between the levels of lymphocyte subsets,IgG,IgA,IgE and the changes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in subclinical groups of children with HSP,and to find out the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels and the occurrence and development of HSP disease.Provide new ideas for the prevention of the disease and the search for new therapeutic targets.Methods: Cases were selected in January 2018 to October 2018 Wuhan children hospital,119 HSP patients,including 52 cases of female,67 males,age1-14.3 years old,average age(6.4±2.6)years old.74 healthy controls were from health examination,28 cases of female,46 males,aged 2-13.4 years old,average(6.0±2.8)years old.Both groups were collected 2 mL of venous blood,and the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 was detected by electrochemiluminescence.The time course of all children in the experimental group,serum TBNK lymphocyte count,IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE and C3 levels were collected.Analysis of the changes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration in experimental group and control group and the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and other related indicators in test group.Results: 1.The concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the experimental group and the control group: the mean value of the experimental group(20.02±7.53)was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.67±9.88),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).2.Comparison of 5 subgroups in the experimental group:(1)There was no significant difference in the number of susceptible cases in the 5 subgroup(P>0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in the mean concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 between the 5 subgroups.Differences(F=1.013,P=0.403>0.05);(3)Comparison of two concentrations in the same subgroup: There were significant differences in the concentration of two 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in each subgroup(P<0.05)(4)Comparison of the mean concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the subgroup: 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration <20ng/ml,the lowest concentration of kidney group(12.00ng/ml),the highest in the joint group(15.69ng/ml);25-hydroxyvitamin The concentration of D3 was ≥20ng/ml,the lowest concentration in the abdominal group was the lowest(14.78ng/ml),and the highest in the mixed group(29.19ng/ml).3.The concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the experimental group was compared with other related indicators: the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and There was a negative correlation between disease duration and IgA(correlation coefficient-0.199,-0.204,P<0.05),and positive correlation with B lymphocyte CD19+ and NK cell CD16+CD56(correlation coefficients were 0.198,0.267,respectively,P<0.05),there is no correlation with other indicators(P>0.05).4.The concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in the 5 subgroups of the experimental group was compared with other related indexes: there was a negative correlation between the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and IgA in the joint group(correlation coefficient-0.351,P<0.05),and There were no correlations between other indicators(P>0.05).There was no correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration and all indexes in mixed group,rash group and abdominal group(P>0.05).25-hydroxyvitamin D3 concentration in kidney group There was a positive correlation with B lymphocyte CD19+(correlation coefficient 0.565,P<0.05),and there was no correlation with other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.The overall level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in children with HSP was significantly lower than that in healthy children,but there was no significant difference in the concentration group.2.There was no significant difference in the number of susceptible cases in children with different symptoms of HSP.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin The overall D3 level was decreased,but there was no significant difference,suggesting that the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 was decreased in children with HSP,but it was not related to the severity of symptoms.3.The overall level of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in children with HSP was related to the duration of disease,IgA.Increased and decreased,increased with the increase of NK cells and B lymphocytes,suggesting that the incidence of HSP is related to IgA,NK cells and B lymphocytes;4.There is no significant correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels in HSP subclinical group and other related indicators.Sex,suggesting that the severity of HSP symptoms has no significant relationship with duration of disease,immune function and lymphocyte subsets.
