Clinical Effect Of Tong Fu Xie Xia Decoction In Patients With Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction Of Solid Heat Internal Resistance And Inflammatory Factor

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tong Fu Xie Xia Decoction in the treatment of Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction with solid heat internal resistance,as well as level of change interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α before and after treatment.Method:The patients diagnosed as incomplete intestinal obstruction with solid heat internal resistance in February 2018-2019 were collected from the emergency department,general surgery department and spleen and stomach department of the People’s Hospital Affiliated Hospital of Fu Jian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.64 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into the control group of 32 cases and the test group of 32 cases.The control group was treated with simple western medicine such as fassting,gastrointestianl decompression,correcting water-electrolyte acid-base balance,anti-infection,soap water enema,and nutritional support.The test group was treated with Tong Fu Xie Xia Decotion of retention enema on the basis of control group,the course of treatment was 7 days.Then comparing the symptom improvement,abdominal X-ray,actual hospital stay,TCM Syndrome scores,Interleukin-6,Tumor Necrosis Factor of them before and after therapy.SPSS20.0 software was used for comparative analysis.Results:1.61 patients completed the research.The number of control group is 30 and the test group is 31.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients before treatment in gender,age,primary disease,TCM symptom scores,IL-6 and TNF-α(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the test group with abdominal pain,bloating,exhaust defecation symptoms improved significantl better than the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant differece of abdominal X-ray of two group(P>0.05),a significant difference that the actual days in hospital the test group is less than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,IL-6、TNF-α were all decreased significant in the two group(P<0.05),The test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.There were significant reduction in the symptom score of TCM(P<0.05),test group treatment efficiency in patients with symptom score of TCM is significant better than control group(P<0.05).5.The total effective rates of TCM syndrome improvement are 90.3% and 76.7% respectively in the test group and the control group,while the difference between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment,the effective rate of the test group was93.54% better than that of the control group83.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The simple treatment of western medicine with Tong Fu Xie Xia Decotion is effective in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction with solid heat internal resistance,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α.2.Tong Fu Xie Xia Decotion in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,that worthy of clinical promotion.
