[Objectives]1.Provide continuous nursing based on Omaha System for post-PCI patients, evaluate patients'nursing problems existing from the 1~stt day after PCI till 3 months after discharge from hospital, design corresponding nursing measures, have nursing outcome effect analysis of nursing problems that often occur;2.Analyze and discuss whether the continuous nursing based on Omaha System can improve post-PCI patients'self-management ability and quality of life, and consequently provide guidance for the continuous nursing of post-PCI patients based on research results.[Methods]This research selected 86 inpatients who were diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy through coronary angiogram and successfully had PCI therapy at Dept.of Cardiovascular Medicine of an AAA hospital in Haikou City from Mar.2017 to Sep.2017 by convenience sampling. The selected research objects were divided into a control group and an observation group randomly, and each group had43 patients.Conventional nursing was provided for the control group, including conventional inpatient nursing, discharge instruction and follow-up after discharge.Continuous nursing of post-PCI patients based on Omaha System was provided for the observation group, mainly including continuous nursing from the 1~stt day after PCI till 3 months after discharge from hospital. This research has 2 parts.Part 1 is the evaluation, intervention and assessment form of continuous nursing for post-PCI patients based on Omaha Theory through expert consulting.Part 2 is the survey and analysis of the self-management ability and quality of life of the post-PCI patients in the control group and observation group through continuous nursing based on Omaha System.[Results]1.Use?Evaluation Form of Nursing Problems in Continuous Nursing Based on Omaha System?designed through expert consulting for validity test, design corresponding nursing intervention measures for nursing problems, form the scoring methods for awareness, behaviors and situations of post-PCI patients'continuous nursing outcomes, summarize and integrate them into?Evaluation,Intervention and Assessment Form of Post-PCI Patients'Nursing Problems?.2.From the 1~stt day after operation till 3 months after discharge from hospital,post-PCI patients'common nursing problems(frequency of occurrence>50%)in all fields include mental health(93%),pain(88.4%),circulation(88.4%),communication with community resources(81.4%),nutrition(65.1%),body movement(65.1%),sleep-rest pattern(58.1%),substance abuse(53.5%)and drug therapy plan(53.5%).3.During intervention, patients often had 9 nursing problems(frequency of occurrence>50%).During nursing in month and 3 months after PCI,it is found that patient'awareness of nursing problems, behavior and situation outcome scores were improved obviously(P<0.05).4.There was a significant difference in statistics(P<0.05)between the two groups in the comparison of patients'conditions in one month and three months after surgery. The result was that the observation group had higher data than the control group; After the control group was implemented, the average operative time was one day different from that after surgery(P<0.05),and it's one day longer before and after surgery. The data obtained in each group at 3 months after surgery were different from those obtained at 1 month after surgery(P<0.05),and the data at 3 months after surgery was higher than that at 1 month after surgery.5.The results of data analysis showed:symptoms, somatic function, cognitive function and satisfaction degree. After controlling the time factor, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups 1 month after surgery and 3months after surgery, and the observation group was higher than the control group; After controlling Grouping factors,Each time was different from that of the first day after surgery, there is a difference between each time point and the first day after surgery, and the data were higher than that of the first day after surgery. In all data, the data of 3 months after surgery was higher than that of 1 month after surgery, and the data comparison was statistically different(P<0.05).[Conclusions]1.Continuous nursing based on Omaha System can improve the nursing outcomes of post-PCI patients.2.Continuous nursing based on Omaha System can improve the self-management ability of post-PCI patients.3.Continuous nursing based on Omaha System can improve the quality of life of post-PCI patients.
