In the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,medical equipment has become an indispensable auxiliary means.Whether the medical equipment is advanced or not represents the level of hospital diagnosis and treatment.Once the medical equipment has problems,it will directly affect the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Therefore,it is very important to manage the hospital medical equipment effectively and scientifically.But at present,the type and quantity of hospital medical equipment are increasing,which makes the management of the equipment more difficult.The records of equipment files,contracts and maintenance are mainly kept by hand.With the increase of equipment quantity and the accumulation of time,manual preservation is easy to cause data loss.Difficult to find,etc problems.The larger the scale of hospital operation,the more complex the management.Therefore,this complexity can be simplified by establishing a comprehensive,systematic management program,and managers can use various data feedback from the program as the key judgment basis for improvement and correction.With the rapid development of Internet,equipment integrated management system,as an important part of hospital quality assurance system and economic achievement control system,will have great development space in the future.Firstly,the paper discusses the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,investigates the current situation of medical equipment management in several level A hospitals,and points out the problems existing in the equipment management of the hospital as well as the areas that need to be improved.On this basis,different requirements analysis,such as system user role analysis,system function and performance requirements analysis.The general architecture model of hospital medical equipment integrated management system based on BES is established.The function modules of the system are divided,and the design ideas of system database and the constraint relation between tables are summarized.The function module of medical equipment integrated management system is designed in detail by using flow chart and time sequence diagram.The security of the system is analyzed from two aspects: landing security and network data security.Under the ASP.NET environment,the program has realized the online repair module,the administrator dispatching order module,the maintenance service evaluation module,the work order management module,the entry and exit warehouse module,the statistics inquiry module and so on.The repairman of the system can track the progress of the work order and evaluate the service of the completed work order.The system administrator can dispatch orders according to the actual situation,at any time inquire about the repair cost,workload,equipment contract,archives and so on.Finally,the white box,black box,compatibility and response time of the system are tested.The results show that the function of the integrated management system of hospital medical equipment is stable,reliable,and the data is relatively safe.The design of the project realizes the functions of inquiry,addition,examination and approval,statistics and so on,which realizes the centralization,simplification and unification of the equipment management requirements to a certain extent,and improves the management efficiency of the hospital to the medical equipment.A certain amount of labor intensity has been reduced.
