| Objective : To discuss the variation trend of the survival rateand the incidence of different complications of the extremely low birth weight infants in the last 5 years. Methods: The extremely low birth weight infants of the first neonatal intensive care unit in our hospital from 2013 to 2017 was selected. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results:In the past five years,212 extremely low birth weight infants were treated, and the total number of those who were eligible for inclusion was 168,a total of 153 patients survived.,and the average survival rate was 91.1%.With the change of year, the survival rate gradually increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The average incidence of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, patent ductus arteriosuswas88.7% and48.8%,and they are decreasing year by year. The average incidence of septicemia, retinopathy of prematuriyand metabolic bone diseaseof prematury was35.7%、13.7% and 20.2%,and they increased year by year. The average incidence of bronchial pulmonary dysplasia, intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral white matter damage, parenteral nutrition-associated cholestasiss and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis was45.2%、20.2%、23.2%、17.3% and 3.6%,and they are not significantly changed, and the difference of retinopathy of prematuriyand metabolic bone diseaseof prematuriy in different years was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions : In recent years, with the development of neonatal medical means and technology, the survival rate of extremely low birth weight infants and some complications have been effectively controlled, and the incidence rate has decreased. But with the improvement of monitoring means and the awareness of disease, the incidence of some diseases increases. For all the complications, early detection, early treatment and early intervention can reduce the mortality and morbidity of extremely low birth weight infantsand improve its quality of life. |
